Great Card
Pros: Very quiet fan, cant tell when my computers on unless I look at the LED's. Bought this to run BF3 and it runs it great. Playing with everything on high except shadows which are on medium. Not too long, actually about the same size as the GTS250 it replaced. Hasn't gone above 143F when gaming on BF3.
Cons: KHAAAAAAAAAN!....wait wrong khan.
Overall Review: Came with Dirt3 for free just had to go through steam, which is kinda a let down but hey it was free.
My first quadcore
Pros: Very fast. My frame rates in Bf3 skyrocketed. I didnt realize how much my old duo core was bottlenecking things. Runs cool, havnt seen it go over 130f with a zalman 92mm on it. Packaging was fine, it was nice and snug in its box.
Cons: STILL won't make me a sandwich.......get on that intel :)
Overall Review: This is my first quadcore, it replaced my older e6400 that I had overclocked. I have this paired with 8gigs of gskill ripjaw and a saphire 6850. I also have another 8gigs of ram and 6850 being shipped to me right now. Cant wait to have 16gigs of ram and crossfired 6850s.
Incredible woofer
Pros: Insane amount of oomph, shakes literally everything near it when its at about 30% volume. Nice deep lows, very accurate. Came in a well packaged box and a decent manual. Has speaker in and out.
Cons: Face plate will vibrate when the bass gets heavy, I simply removed it ( it pops on and off ) and the problem was solved.
Overall Review: I have this plugged into my computer through my soundcard and it brings games to life. BF:BC2 sounds incredible. It has auto on and off which is nice but I dont use it.
great mouse pad
Pros: This mouse pad made it like I bought a new mouse with how well it works. Its pretty big but you only actually use so little because your mouse tracks so well.
Cons: none
Overall Review: I play FPS's most of the time and Ive noticed that I shoot more accurately. I havnt used a mouse pad in a while and I had forgotten how much better the mouse tracks with one.
Great Speakers
Pros: Ive owned these for just short of a year now and these speakers sound great with movies, games, or music. The speakers themselves are clear and crisp and the sub booms away. I thought the individual bass knob would be kinda redundant but its quite useful for quick changes on how loud you want the sub.
Cons: Only one con I can think of is that the cords are only so long. There length does me fine, but for some they'll be on the short side.
Overall Review: Ive dropped my right speaker on my tile and all it did was tear a little bit of the mesh off of the speaker where its glued on. Ive also had my sub get knocked off onto the tile and luckily it only got a ding on one of the corners. I hook my computer up to my tv a lot, and these fill my living room easily they were making my couch shake from the woofer. Also the only distortion I noticed was on poor audio quality below 56kbps, or when you have the woofer turned all the way up and the speakers turned almost 75% up.
Nice MP3
Pros: Comes with usb cord and head phones, the head phones arent as bad as others have said. Transfers files quick, I put over a gig of music on it at once in under 2 or so minutes.
Cons: The only real con I can think of is that it alphabetizes your music, so if you pirate music and whatnot it wont be in the same order as the cd, which isnt really a con just kinda annoying to me. Like others said it does lag a little while scrolling through your music while its playing but only slightly.
Overall Review: The guy who said it transfers slow must have a really slow computer or cant wait 5 seconds for something to go. Its coating is pretty glossy and I smudged it quick, but just give it a wipe with your shirt and itll look shinny again.
