Huge, but good.
Pros: Silent with great cooking
Cons: HUGE, know your board as you must use low profile ram, and as in my case, also lose your first PCI-E x16 slot ASUS Rampage iV Extreme
Bad luck, or bad drive.
Pros: Fast and quiet while they last.
Cons: I bought 2 drives for a RAID 0 array 31 days ago. 1 of the 2 came DOA, got replacement through NewEgg. I got the replacement about 2 weeks ago and worked fine up to yesterday, then heard the tick.tick.tick that was oh so familiar with the first DOA drive. After breaking the RAID, and 12 hours to scan both drives, the working drive of the original 2 tested bed with an unrecoverable error. 100% failure rate is not what I would call acceptable. Maybe I got part of a bad batch, but having to pay shipping twice now for returns in also an unwanted expense. I'm also 1 day past NewEgg's return and have to go through Hitatchi for a replacement. And they also state they may send me a "re-certified" drive.
Overall Review: Hitatchi has made my list of drives to never buy again. I'm tempted to eat the cost and buy another brand to avoid the hassle.
Crazy fast
Overall Review: This took my video renders from over an hour, to around 11 minutes. Moving from a i7-8700K
Never detects imputs.
Pros: it's a 1080
Cons: Has been a PITA with detecting devices. I have a DVI monitor that it would sometimes detect, sometimes wouldn't. Switched to Display Port and mostly works. Have now moved it to a 4K TV and have to use a display port to HDMI adapter as it usually will not detect the HDMI and send signal to the TV. Is still sometimes boots and then shuts down the TV. I see the bios and windows 10 loading, but once it;s up, no picture. The front HDMI pass through never works for Rift.
Overall Review: This has been the worst card I have ever purchased in my life.
Horrible
Pros: none
Cons: Router would not give correct DHCP info to any device wired or wireless. Router was 192.168.1.1 and gave gateway and DNS as 192.168.1.251 making nothing able to go online. This is with the current firmware. Netgear support was also horrible with suggestions of "The device needs to be set to receive an IP and not static" DUH. I have over 10 devices that would not link correctly with this router.
Overall Review: Netgear has made my DO NOT BUY list.
Great CPU
Pros: Super fast in my gaming rig.
Cons: none
