GTX 470

Pros: Very nice upgrade from my PNY GTX 260. I can now play all my games cranked to highest settings, all running at 1920 x 1080 resolution, smooth as butter. I am now in BC2 fragging heaven! Does not run as hot as I was led to believe. Idling in the 40s C, heats up 80s C during gaming.
Cons: Can get loud when fan speed is cranked up, but this is just nitpicking... This is to be expected with any high end graphics card.
Overall Review: Not my first time buying eVGA and certainly not my last! Just make sure you have a well ventilated case and temps will not be an issue. Also this card is actually smaller in length than the GTX 260 I had been using. My system: i7 920 OC'd to 3.2GHz Noctua NH-U12P CPU Cooler Asus P6T Deluxe V2 Mobo Corsair Dominator 6gb 1600 Corsair 850HX 850w PSU Creative x-Fi Titanium sound card WD Caviar Black 1TB HDD LG SuperMultiBlue BluRay Drive Coolermaster Storm Scout Case
I expected more for the price.

Pros: Good for VOIP applications and listening to music, very lightweight, nice looking, crystal clear microphone.
Cons: If you are a hardcore FPS gamer, look elsewhere. The directional sound on this headset is somewhat vague. (Sure you can hear people coming at you from a good distance away, but that is not enough if you cannot quickly pinpoint the directing the sound is coming from.) As stated before, this headset can be uncomfortable if you wear glasses, probably due to the shape of the earpads. Since most, if not all USB headsets do not have their own drivers, you have to use the USB audio drivers included with your operating system. (Windows XP's drivers are dated 7/1/2001)
Overall Review: My old Sennheiser PC-150 and Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS are much better for my gaming needs.
Rock Solid

Pros: -Worked perfectly fine out of the box using XMP with my Gigabyte Z370N WiFi ITX motherboard & i7 8700k. -OCed both sticks to 4000MHz, 18-19-19-39 timing with the stock 1.35v, no errors under Memtest and stable.
Cons: -Can't think of any legitimate complaints right now... The heatspreaders look plain? No RGB? Now I'm just nitpicking...
Overall Review: Really happy that they reached 4000 MHz. I originally planned to buy the 4000 MHz version of this kit but opted to save a few bucks with these instead. Not sure if I just got lucky or if these use the same chips as the higher speed versions.
Great Headphones

Pros: +Great sound quality: Punchy bass, good treble, and great clarity throughout the ranges. I'm hearing details/notes in songs that I've never noticed before using cheaper headphones/speakers. +Good build quality +Stylish looks: Typical of most Sennhiser products +Plenty of accessories: Carrying pouch, assorted earpieces, cable clip, cable winder... What more could you ask for? +Volume control is very useful in cramped places
Cons: -Maybe prone to damage from pulling/snagging on cable, but most headphone are anyways... -Not the best earbuds to use while running/exercising since the cord is a bit stiff and tends to make a bit of noise while moving around.
Overall Review: Those who say these headphones disappoint in the sound quality department need to make sure they are using the correct size earpieces and seat them in the ears properly. These need to be pushed slightly into the ear canal. When using the correct earpieces, they will create a good seal. This helps isolate the sound from the headphones and to block out your surroundings. Also, these are NOT going to make poor quality/lower bitrate MP3 files sound any better. Even the most expensive headphones will only output sound as good as the source. On a side note, I bought these as a replacement for a set of CX 500 earbuds I lost a while back. They were great earbuds. Since the CX 500 is now discontinued and the CX 400 II is the direct replacement, I chose these. I am totally satisfied with my purchase.
Great value...

Pros: Crystal clear 17" screen, best speakers i've ever heard on a laptop, very stylish design, decent battery life, plenty of power for gaming. After updating the drivers it scored 4910 on 3DMark06.
Cons: My biggest problem with this laptop is all the junk that comes pre-installed with it. until you get rid of all the stuff you don't want or need, it slows the system down a bit. Also I was unable to install Windows XP since the install disk cant recognise some of the hardware. If you want to install XP you will have to make your own install disk and slipstream all the necessary drivers.
Overall Review: Toshiba's MSRP for this laptop is $xxxx. Newegg's $xxxx price tag makes this a steal.
