When receiving this product in the mail about a month ago, I realized that the box this product came in didn't show that it was compatible with intel; instead, it just has an AMD on the box. However, It has the same model number, voltage and timing as shown online. Should I be concerned?

You have to make sure your motherboard is comparable with this. if you are using a PC, desktop with a new motherboard that is comparable with DDR4 ram then yes you can use this no worries. Everything is pretty standard...but if your computer is over 3 years old, then safe bet is to check your motherboards comparability to this ram type. The DIMM should plug right in without a problem, and work just fine, no matter who made the computer..but sometimes........The case is to small...and this will get in the way of fans in the factory case. This is why most who use gaming ram like this build their own PCs with large Tower cases so they is no room or clearance issues.

is this memory compatible with H110 motherboards?

If it is ddr3 board yes. But there are a few versions of the H110 . But a rule of thumb if you have PCIe and its around 4 yrs old it should work no problem. Normally RAM works in all its the CPUs you have to worry about not going in the socket. Cause everything ddr3 or higher is 288 pin.
