WORKS!

Cirago DPA1011 DisplayPort to VGA (HD15) Active Adapter
Cirago DPA1011 DisplayPort to VGA (HD15) Active Adapter

Pros: Small, doesn't look cheap, WORKS when others have failed

Cons: Retension screws don't fit into holes, needs extensions to hold vga cable firm.

Overall Review: Intel g45 graphics chipset. Used to utilize the displayport with non-displayport monitors. Passive adapters don't work, and this worked right out of the box...and was cheaper than the Startech ones I tried.

Meh

Logitech MK550 Wireless Wave Keyboard and Mouse Combo - Includes Keyboard and Mouse, Long Battery Life, Ergonomic Wave Design, Black
Logitech MK550 Wireless Wave Keyboard and Mouse Combo - Includes Keyboard and Mouse, Long Battery Life, Ergonomic Wave Design, Black

Pros: Nice mouse, great for larger hands. Grip is smooth, but not slippery. Precise mouse movements for a lower DPI model. Keyboard has a nice ergonomic layout, not too aggressive. Nice key response. All hotkeys work with Windows 7 perfectly

Cons: Needs line of sight to work. Everything was great until I bought a bracket to mount my pc under my desk. The PC is on my left, and the mouse and keyboard are on my right and in front of me, respectively. I have to constantly power cycle both of them to regain a lost signal. If I shift everything over 8-10 inches, no issues. I've replaced the batteries, which seemed to solve it for a day...but as soon as you're not at the absolute peak charge (Duracell Industrial batteries, btw) you start losing the keyboard (it won't register keystrokes, and just when you're about to give up, it registers 5 of them). Same with the mouse, it will start jumping or not registering movements. I got a wireless setup to give me to the freedom to use a keyboard tray and move the pc out of sight to give me a better looking and more productive workspace. My $20 Targus wireless keypad works across the room. I expected better out of Logitech. I even put both receivers in and configured the software that way, hoping it would help. Didn't make a difference.

Overall Review: Would have been nice to be able to remove the wrist pad on the keyboard, as my keyboard tray comes with a much softer gel one. The one on the keyboard is about as soft as a poptart, and has just as much give. Spend a little more and go for an MX model, never had issues with those from Logitech.

Defective item

LD © Compatible Replacements for Samsung MLT-D116L Set of 2 High Yield Black Laser Toner Cartridges
LD © Compatible Replacements for Samsung MLT-D116L Set of 2 High Yield Black Laser Toner Cartridges

Pros: cheap, would have been great...

Cons: Incorrect connections, uses tabs on top instead of circle contacts on back as depicted in the picture...and what should be in place for the correct reman product.

Overall Review: Stick with Samsung genuine. This is the second reman brand that has had this issue, too much of a hassle.

Wrong connections

G&G NS-MLT-D116L Black Toner Replaces Samsung MLT-D116L
G&G NS-MLT-D116L Black Toner Replaces Samsung MLT-D116L

Pros: Would have been great...cheap price...

Cons: Totally different connections, can't use. Trying to return all of these through Newegg and purchase from another manufacturer. Not a Newegg problem, but the toner manufacturer. Correct product, wrong electrical connection on the toner.

Overall Review: Purchase another brand (Innovera, etc.). This is the second time I've ordered these and they've been wrong...should have kept track of who I ordered from last year and avoided... I've made Newegg aware of the issue, so hopefully they will correct this with the manufacturer.

Doesn't work on Microsoft products

AGPtek Bluetooth 3.0 A2DP Wireless Earphone for Cellphones and Tablets
AGPtek Bluetooth 3.0 A2DP Wireless Earphone for Cellphones and Tablets

Pros: Small, streaming music capability, seemed like a good deal. Shipped fast.

Cons: No drivers available for tablets running Windows. Product isn't even listed on their website anywhere. I imagine it will work with cell phones, but don't expect this to work with a tablet or laptop.

Overall Review: Buy a better product that actually has manufacturer support.

Not bad, almost tool-free

3M AKT65LE Tool-Free Install Keyboard Tray, 25-1/2 x 11-1/2, Black
3M AKT65LE Tool-Free Install Keyboard Tray, 25-1/2 x 11-1/2, Black

Pros: sets up relatively easily, and has a nice quality wrist rest, mousing surface, and large work area.

Cons: The little plastic spacers used to accommodate different desk thicknesses are a pain to use as they don't snap together or even snuggly fit together...so they will fall out a few times when adjusting. And there is no way this fits 3/4" desks. I have a 1" desk that I was install this on, and had to use approx 1/4" of extra spacers made out of taped together business cards. There is too much weight on this for the command strips, which is why the track has holes predrilled for screws. All the command strips do for you is hold it in place for you to screw it into the bottom of the desk. My staff kept having this fall off and be unusable until I secured it with hardware. The front plastic piece that serves as a decorative cover for the front clamp didn't fit, and I was afraid I'd break it trying to force the tabs into place. So minor fashion sacrifice, but doesn't affect the use of the product.

Overall Review: This is a great solution if you want reduced work installing one of these units. Most keyboard trays require using templates, and putting together the track and guides. Even with having to install two screws, it was significantly easier to install than any other tray I've purchased. Worth buying, but don't believe the hype about "tool-free", and definitely expect implementing makeshift solutions for anything less than 1" thick.
