Don't Panic
Pros: Huge bloody block of storage.
Cons: None really
Overall Review: I have nothing of real significance to say...I just wanted to put my vote up for this good product. Potential buyer: remember that the bad reviews aren't indicative of the product; far more people will post a review when something doesn't work than when something does work. I'll admit that I don't demand a lot of my drive (simple media storage), but it's been fine for me. I've read some of the horror stories in other reviews, but don't worry about it. When you first get the drive, run it through the mill (disk check utilities, copying lots of data to it many times...stuff you should do with every new drive) to test it; if it doesn't break in the first few days, it probably never will. If it does break under that load, NewEgg has fantastic RMA service (as I have experienced with other products) and you can start again with a fresh drive. As someone who has worked in quality assurance, no manufacturer can catch every error every time. And a few more words and....1,000 character
Don't bother
Pros: Relatively cheap. Small, and attractive case design.
Cons: The thing doesn't work. When I read the previous reviews on this Site, you I assumed that they were either outliers or that the problem had been resolved by now. It appears I was wrong. After I sent g my Core2 duo e8400, 4 gb of ram, and and sata ssd, I powered it on. I get no video and one long, continuous beep from the motherboard. Documentation for the product is all but nonexistent. I am very disappointed.
Overall Review: Rather moot as the thing doesn't work, but the power supply is an external brick type. I wish they would have made the case a bit bigger and put it internally, instead.
Pros: Very pretty. Good styling. Very good price. Many custom settings to adjust picture quality. Great variety of connections.
Cons: 1 dead pixel (no biggie) Speakers are far to quiet; even with them turned all the way up and my sound card maxed out, I can barely hear anything.
Overall Review: So long as you have some external speakers, I'd totally recommend this monitor. Playing games is amazing and movies look great. With this, I can finally hook up my X BOX 360 in my room to get it away from my house mates; they tend to break nice things.
Great mouse, so-so software
Pros: This mouse is nice and compact, but not so small as so to be uncomfortable (though it is a travel mouse, I can and do use it on my main desktop). I have not had any issues with wireless interference as some other reviewers have had. All-around great mouse.
Cons: The included software is a hassle sometimes. Nothing serious, just some minor issues I had to work out.
Overall Review: Seriously, if you want a wireless mouse, this is the best one I have used in a long time. Response time is great and I love the multiple thumb and middle buttons for gaming.
Pros: Works fantastic for what I use it for. Smaller than comparable NVIDIA cards
Cons: None.
Overall Review: I haven't run Crysis on it or anything, but it performs the heck out of Wrath of the Lich King.
Pros: Does what it is supposed to do.
Cons: None that I've seen.
Overall Review: I didn't really muck around with overclocking or anything, but as far as out-of-the-box reliability goes, it does fine.
