Great Case - Excellent Customer Service

Pros: I've favored the Antec Sonata series the past few builds. While those are nice cases, the Fractal Arc Midi blew them away in terms of thoughtful design. Wire management and future proofing are well thought out by Fractal. This is the easiest build I've ever done and it is in large part due to the design of this case. I was worried about fan noise (in my system-the 3 fans that come with the case plus CPU cooler, PSU and graphics card) but it is fairly quiet. The case also is designed for water cooling solutions. I don't like cases that have lots of lights and acrylic panels. This case has an elegant, clean design. The only glitch was that the reset switch would not work on my case. One phone call to Fractal's US support number (late in the day on the Friday after Thanksgiving no less!) and I had a replacement switch immediately shipped. If you are considering the Fractal, go for it. Looks good under the desk and should handle future upgrades/builds.
Cons: None. I don't consider the bad reset switch a Con because those things happen and Fractal quickly sent out a replacement which worked like a charm.
Overall Review: I don't normally write product reviews (positive or negative) but this is a good product which the company stands behind when things aren't right. You can't ask for more these days. Should also mention NewEgg's typical proficient delivery of my order. The case arrived undamaged and in pristine condition.
Very Happy With this Product...Until the Pump Failed

Pros: The specs on this CPU cooler are really good. Though pricey compared to other solutions, it is a sturdy, seemingly well constructed product. I have to agree that the manual could be better but if you take your time during installation, it gives you the information you need. It is a big cooler. Unless you have a huge case, carefully check your dimensions. I have a Fractal Define R5 and the case specs clearly stated that with a 280mm radiator installed in the top, you will have to lose the rear case fan. I didn't see that until after I purchased the H115i but the case, nevertheless, remains cool even without the rear fan. In addition, depending on your motherboard and case size, you may have difficulty plugging the pump into the CPU Fan header. When I followed the Corsair's installation sequence, my R5 and ASRock Fatal1ty X99 Professional Gaming i7 motherboard required me to temporarily remove the front radiator fan in order to plug into the CPU fan header. However, that's not the cooler's fault. When working, it is fairly quiet and keeps my CPU (i7 6800K) in the 20-25C at idle. Does the job.
Cons: I installed the cooler in late November 2016. I came home one evening four months later and heard the radiator fans loudly spinning at high rpms. Using the Corsair Link software, I discovered CPU temps in excess of 80C at idle and that the pump had 0 rpm. Before purchasing, I had read some reviews about failed pumps but overall, people were happy. I guess I was one of the unlucky ones to get a bad pump. I called Corsair the next day and obtained an RMA number and using my Credit Card, got them to immediately ship a replacement. What I didn't like was that Corsair decided to ship the replacement via Ground. Since I live in the midwest and it was coming from California, it meant that I had a dead system for over a week. In addition, they expected me to pay shipping to return the defective unit. After calling to complain, they were kind enough to pick up shipping on the returned unit. Maybe if I had asked, they would have sent the replacement quicker because in the end, I had to buy a temporary air cooler to get up and running. Since I have now installed the replacement cooler, the air cooler will be a backup which I hope I won't have to use.
Overall Review: Overall, I give this three eggs because of the failed pump on the first cooler. I'm still a fan of Corsair. I'm typing this on a Corsair keyboard using a Corsair mouse on a system being powered by a Corsair PSU, using Corsair memory with a CPU being cooled by a (replacement) Corsair Hydro Series H115i. I've purchased many Corsair products in the past and won't hesitate to do so in the future. Even very good companies can have faulty parts go out in their products. However, I did read more than a few reviews about units with bad pumps and I ended up with one too. That may be a production problem that Corsair will have to address down the road (if they have not done so already). I also wish they would have gotten the replacement to me quicker and that I didn't have to argue a bit to get them to pick up the return shipping but other than that, they stood by their product and sent me a replacement. Hopefully, this time, the pump won't fail.
