Pros: Only controller card I found with 4 internal sata 150 ports with a reasonable price. Debian detected it and the attached drives without any problems.

Cons: Ports are a little flimsy with 4 sata cables coming out. Would have been nice if they were locking.

Overall Review: Running 3x320gb drives in software RAID 5 under debian. Rebuilds and access times are good for software raid (using AMD XP1900). Controller allows for hot swappable drives.

Pros: Cheap high density solution

Cons: Under ubuntu, drivers cause a kernel panic as soon as they touch a drive (boots fine with no drives..). Tried compiling from source, using their modules, using about 20 different kernels, no dice. It's been 36 hours since I've emailed Highpoint for support, and no response.

Overall Review: If it's not stable, it's a worthless paperweight.

Pros: Quiet Seasonic not completely absurdly expensive for a tfx supply

Cons: 24pin cable is <14 inches (the photo shows it as somewhere between 50% and 100% longer, however)

Pros: Pretty cheap for dual xeon rig. ATX. Reasonably quiet under low loads.

Cons: PSU goes nuts under load with dual 5530s. VERY loud.

Pros: Nice build. 950W. 2 x 8pin cpu connectors.

Cons: Short 2 x 8pin cpu connectors and 24 pin motherboard connection. Can barely reach from bottom of a full ATX to the molex connection in the top right of the motherboard. Had to buy an extension to get the wiring how I like it.

Pros: Very nice mounting of the heatsink. Can be installed either direction. Good quality fans and hardware. Very painless.

Cons: A little big. Either orientation can interfere with memory slots, first pci-e/pci slot, or 24pin connections. No 4-pin fans.

Overall Review: Has that relatively annoying mounting clips for the fan, but not the most annoying design out there. Installed and cooled quiet well on dual E5520s on an ASUS Z8PE-D18. If you're looking for quiet fans to use that board as a workstation, this is your cooler.
