Great Motherboard!

EPoX EP-8NPA7I 754 NVIDIA nForce4 4X ATX AMD Motherboard
EPoX EP-8NPA7I 754 NVIDIA nForce4 4X ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Good variety of expansion slots, excellent BIOS setup, and decent manual which, unlike many, actually goes into detail about how to configure the RAID!!

Cons: A very minor problem--As some others found, I was getting an error when first booting up but setting defaults in the BIOS and rebooting cleared that up and I then configured it the way I wanted!

Overall Review: I was looking for a board to convert over to PCI Express from AGP so my eventual upgrade to a dual processor setup wouldn't be quite so expensive but I got a great board as well!

Waste of money

Linksys WUSB54GR Wireless-G Network Adapter with RangeBooster IEEE 802.11b/g USB 2.0 Up to 54Mbps Wireless Data Rates
Linksys WUSB54GR Wireless-G Network Adapter with RangeBooster IEEE 802.11b/g USB 2.0 Up to 54Mbps Wireless Data Rates

Pros: Easy to setup with good connection screen

Cons: Range is no better than standard adapter. Seems to work for awhile then quits requiring a reboot and reconnect.

Great Card but not Win 7 Aero Compatible?

EVGA 896-P3-1257-AR GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 Superclocked Edition 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card
EVGA 896-P3-1257-AR GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 Superclocked Edition 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

Pros: Absolutely flawless performance for 6 months now Runs everything I throw at it. Fairly inexpensive card considering the above.

Cons: I ran the Microsoft Windows 7 Compatibility program on my computer and the only issue stated was "Your current graphics adapter won't support the Windows Aero user interface." Now that I have to buy a new card to upgrade to Windows 7, it's not looking like the bargain I thought it was.

Very Fast!

Western Digital Raptor X WD1500AHFD 150GB 10000 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 1.5Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive Bare Drive
Western Digital Raptor X WD1500AHFD 150GB 10000 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 1.5Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: Amazing speed!

Cons: Price blah, blah, blah.

Overall Review: I was going to use 2 drives in a RAID 0 but decided to try just a non-RAID single. Other than Windows load time, I honestly don't see a difference between this and my previous 7200 rpm RAID 0 setup.

Pros: Cool gloss black, high wattage and small size. Very quiet fan. Extremely easy to install.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: My first modular PSU--really like that I can attach only the wires I use and not have to hide all the others.

More than fast enough

AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ - Athlon 64 X2 Windsor Dual-Core 2.6 GHz Socket AM2 89W Processor - ADA5200CSBOX

Pros: Simple installation. Fast CPU.

Cons: None

Overall Review: Was going to go with Intel E6600 but decided to stick to what I've always used in the past. I wasn't disappointed as everything went together easily and booted up without problems the first time. Have this in an ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe M/B (BIOS version 0404 updated to current version 0609). Also have 2 Corsair 2x1 Gb modules although M/B won't use more than 3 Gb at present. Video card is an EVGA 8800GTS which is just awesome!!
