Pros: I am amazed, this mouse has exceeded my expectation, which is not only rare, it is a high bar to overcome this product cleared that bar big time, here's why.. #1: the presentation was amazing mouse comes in a plastic box not a cheap one either. #2: unlike most products that listed from china ( always weary to even consider) I expected 2 weeks or longer to receive, to my surprise, it was mailed next day, and in my mailbox 5 days from the time I took the risk and clicked the buy button 3: back to the quality, I previously mentioned the presentation of the products packaging, upon opening said package, I was impressed with the layout of the product. From the molded liner to the personalized business card called fast track card for any issues you may have left the impression that I wasn't written off by reseller once they got my cash. #3: the mouse is high quality,looks incredible! The blue lighting is bright and has option to turn off. Mouse feels excellent in my hand it is long enough to fill the entire length of my hand. I purchased this mouse for aesthetic reasons, not for need as I already own a dozen, my point being with so many mouses I've experience the full range from cheap to high quality, this mouse did not let me down, quality wise it ranks equal too, or better then the mouse's I've paid $50 or more for. This is a product worthy of 6 stars! At the price point for this product, I am truly satisfied with the purchase, in fact, I'm shocked at how little I paid for it, the first purchase of the year that left me feeling like I got it for a steal!!! I am not a shill endorsing this product, I'm a happy customer who can confidently say, don't. Hesitate purchasing this product, you will be very satisfied! The price I paid was under $30 including shipping.

Cons: Its a strech to come up with a con, I would say the batteries included were average quality, so not a con so much as a product improvement, would be to provide top quality batteries such as duracells reds or energizers.

Good to see the egg still carrying product availability , This product is backdx by the full faith and unquestionable quality of customer service that has driven the egg to heights of success thst it has achieved. the service I received impeccible. Cons: board failed within 2 weeks if set uo. Unlike other whom detail extensively the issue's I find it pointless. I feel it is of value to others to note does not run nor does the drivers run stable on Win 8.

Overall Review: my wolfdale E8500 still runs great after 7 years its a beast of a cpu. to bad MBs are slowly becoming out of reach as exibited bh the pricing of the boards. Lucky for me I had the excellent CS from the egg to see me threw receiving a refund was hassle free!

Pros: While the product is among the top of the line keyboards, meeting the expectations, more importantly. The speed Newegg got it to me was amazing. Used the free ship 5+ Days, ordered it on Monday, received Wednesday before noon! Now that is amazing customer service!

I want to share with everyone, from my perspective, just how great it is to be a client of Newegg, based on my personal experience's. I have been a customer since 2004, when I purchased my second computer, my first I had bought from Gateway for 3 grand, and I never wanted to do that again. So, I decided to learn how to build my own, I had no idea what I was doing, or where to turn. A friend in the computer industry, turned me on to newegg, he spoke passionately about them, it was the first time inmy life, I heard someone show such passion for a business that they didnt work for or own, just a customer. I placed great value in this friends opinions, and he made it clear, that I would love my experience buying from newegg, and that when I made mistakes in purchases as I was sure to do, being a complete newbie, that i would have a hassle free experience returning my products.. So that began my journey into the computer world with newegg there from the beginning. Along the way, over the years,thru all the learning, and mistakes, I purchased most of my computers and parts from newegg. Here i sit, 11 years later, 50 computer builds under my belt, and never once, in the dozens of purchases and returns, and issues, did I ever have a bad experience dealing with newegg. Never once have I not been treated in such an amazing way, that newegg customer service was literally embrassing the rest of the entire industry, by setting the bar so much higher then any of their competitors would even consider trying to match. Newegg consistently provided me with uncompromising service and respect, in fact, in the vast majority of my experiences, when there was an issue, Newegg exceeded my expectations... I have become a loyal Newegg customer, because they worked hard for years to earn that from me. And to be honest, they have worked hard enough to deserve this loyalty. Finally, last week, I posted a review of a particular experience I had dealing a vendor thru newegg that I bought a product from that was wrong. Newegg protected me anad backed me up on that issue and got me resolution from the vendor, but they didnt stop there, 2 days later I receive a ASUS Blanket at my door and a tank you email from Newegg, for being a loyal customer... What more could you want from your computer parts supplier? Yes, I am a happy newegg lifer!
