Easiest Windows Install Yet

Pros: Easiest "clean" Windows install ever. Windows XP MC is basically XP Pro +. Free upgrade to Vista is a plus if you plan to go that way.
Cons: Vista "upgrade" is tedious. oh well, it's free.
Overall Review: Install is simple if you follow this procedure: Boot from CD1, then insert CD2 when prompted. When prompted for the SP2 disk, re-insert CD1. Now you are running XP MC Ver. 2002. Go to Windows update site, DL all updates. NOW take the 3rd (silver) CD and install the update to MC Ver. 2005. That's it.
Flakey

Pros: Inexpensive. Fast.
Cons: Does support: DVD+ R, RL, RW, CSS, CPRM*. Will not read DVD video discs, movies. LiteON's tech support alluded to some compatibility problems with NForce chipsets under duress. Your mileage may vary. * Nero's InfoTool.
Overall Review: Ordinarily LiteON burners have perfomed well for me. Other drives work well on the NForce boards. One caveat: this is the third Lightscribe drive that has not worked, right out of the box. Non-LS DVD burners are no problem.
Phone alone

Pros: Inexpensive, unlocked, large display, basic Android 4.2.2 OS, no bloatware.
Cons: Touch screen unresponsive, interface woefully unintuitive. Camera is just awful. Resolution and interface. Low-res display, too.
Overall Review: A good, not great phone. If you are a techie. you can live with it.
Nice little board for the money

Pros: Compact. Easy installation of Win7-64 HP. Nice Bios features.
Cons: The DVI connector is improperly designed. 4 pins are missing on the connector. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
Overall Review: I didn't need the built in DVI as I was using a video card with this build.
Works

Pros: Replaced an earlier model Rosewill card reader that was still working (after 2 years!) with this one to get the 3 USB 2.0 ports. So far, so good. Rosewill has always stood behind anything I have bought that has malfunctioned (within reason).
Cons: None yet.
Great little tool

Pros: Works great with my legacy KMV switch which only has VGA connectors. These allow me to connect it to DVI equipped boxes.
Cons: None
