Pros: I bought one for my desktop and two for a server all running FreeBSD due to onboard NIC's that could not handle jumbo frames. The driver is quite good due to active support by Intel.

Cons: Between zero and none.

Overall Review: This card can be called forgettable because it always works. That is what computer hardware should be. Just do not forget to buy this card when you build or even buy a new system.
