Pros: I think it will do what it claims to do, and its cheap.

Cons: Not really the fault of the cable, but I was hoping to hook up my sattelite reciever to my lcd montior, going from the svideo on the sattelite to the vga in on the monitor. I wasn't sure if it would do this or not, but it's cheap so i bought one. It didn't work, this cable is for doing the reverse (vga into svideo) of what I wanted and I guess it's only one way.

Overall Review: I emailed cables to go about this they had a $80 product that could do it, but was a converter box. I asked them if they had a cheap cable similar to this, they said you would need the converter. Wonder why this cable can go from vga to svideo, but apparantly no cheap solution to go opposite.

Pros: I bought this to hook up my xbox and pc both to my router. I didn't see any noticable slow down in gameplay on xbox live. The thing is completely plug and and play, just connect it to your router and then whatever devices you want internet on.

Cons: None that i know

Overall Review: Was thinking on a small network with only a few connected devices a hub would be faster, since a switch will detect which mac address the packet is intended for and send it only to that device, this should take some time.... a hub will just repeat the packets to everyone, with only a few connections i was wondering if it would be faster. But, since almost nobody even makes hubs anymore, I got this switch and it does the job.
