Pros: installed on a dell optiplex 4 gigs memory card is grate, cant here the fan, runs cool and is very fast,

Cons: heat sink could be some what smaller,

Overall Review: grate card for the price, wont be disapointed

Pros: I have hardley never work with home type computers mostly high end servers, because of the speed and relieability. the few i have work with where big disapointments. i have never work with a home pc that equal to a server untill i built this thing. i would have to say if they keep building boards like this i may never go back to a server

Cons: drivers, cost, but expeck that to be fix soon and the cost to come down,
