Pros: BIG STORAGE! I love the 500GB. And for the price it ain't bad either. It's quiet, heats up very slowly (and not very hot at all either!) and there is almost no vibrations either! My laptops fan is so much louder then the hard drive that even if there was no fan, I doubt it would be noticeable. Packaging was good too. Came in a box with a lot of cushion, followed by bubble wrapping. Then a sealed bag to protect from moisture.

Cons: Can't think of much. But I have noticed that my battery life goes down a bit faster. It used to start off at 3 hours from a straight charge... not it's around 2 hours and 33 minutes... and it ticks down faster too... I had my laptop on for around 1 hour and the timer went down to 55 minutes already.

Overall Review: Great storage capacity. Takes up more battery then my previous hard drive but I still think it's worth it since I have a spare battery and the places I go to usually have a wall jack.

Pros: It looks sweet. Compared to other external enclosures, at least this one looks and feels good. For it's price (and free shipping) it's quite good. Also it's very simple and easy for you to use if you have no experience whatsoever.

Cons: Seems a tad bit flimsy.

Overall Review: Everything worked fine. I put a 500GB 5400 RPM Hitachi 2.5" Hard Drive inside and used SuperDuper to back up my old Toshiba 80GB Hard Drive in my laptop. I ran into errors but it was issues with the computer. After correcting those issues, everything ran smoothly and once I installed it into my laptop it worked perfectly.

Pros: The 64-bit does feel faster. It also comes with a Windows 7 upgrade coupon which is definitely a plus.

Cons: It's Vista. Things run slower... Gaming annoys me sometimes using this.

Overall Review: Upgrading from Vista to Windows 7 isn't as good as actually getting Windows 7 and doing a fresh install. But I can't complain since it's not released yet and I need the Windows software to play Aion when it is released. Otherwise I'd prefer getting XP... Too bad they don't give out Windows 7 upgrade coupons with it. Sigh*
