Pros: I did not want to submit a review till I have use this motherboard for a month or two. Unit has been running non stop with no issues. A good way to use up old hardware on my bench. System will run normal office programs without a problem.
Cons: No USB 3.0
Overall Review: For $60.00 you can not go wrong with this motherboard. As long as you have old hardware not being used this is a cheap way to put a system together.

Pros: Fits a very wide range of older AMD cpus. One of the last boards available unless you want to hunt for old stock. On board video is acceptable for office work. System has been running for 6 weeks without a problem. Motherboard will run with a 20 pin power supply if you do not have a 24 pin unit in stock.
Cons: Has USB 2.0 instead of of USB 3.0. Price is a little high for this older technology. If the price drops 15 or 20 dollars I will get another one to use up the extra parts I tend to have on my work bench.
Overall Review: This is my fourth Asrock motherboard. I had no problems with any of them. They are good boards for basic computer needs.
Very good card with bad software

Pros: Much faster than usb 2. I have a Asrock K10N78m mother board with 4 gigs of ram running Windows 7 32 bit. Big difference when sending files to a external hard drive. A backup takes much less time. Good card for the price.
Cons: The software did not work with my system. I went to StarTech's website and downloaded the latest version and my system would not recognize the card. Finally went to the chipset maker NEC and downloaded a older version and the card now works. Just a heads up if any one else has this problem with installation.
Good cable

Pros: Does exactly what it is made for. Transfer video from a Macbook Pro to my Panasonic plasma television. It is not High Def the video signal which is sent out but good enough.
Cons: Six feet is slightly short but workable.
Nice Cpu

Pros: Overclocked to 3.42 Ghz just by changing the multiplier. Kept the oem heat sink for now. Running a Gigabyte GA-MA 785Gm-US2H motheboard.
Cons: Could not unlock the 2 cores and have system stable. Would have been nice but not a deal killer.
Athena Power Supply

Pros: Been using this power supply in a old Pc we use as a answering machine router. Works fine. No problems in 2 months of 24/7 usage. Would buy again. Great price for a hard to fine product.
Cons: None what so ever.
The memory worked fine in my system. The price was very fair. I would buy from them again.
