not reliable

Seagate Backup Plus 4TB USB 3.0 3.5" Desktop Hard Drive STCA4000100 Black
Seagate Backup Plus 4TB USB 3.0 3.5" Desktop Hard Drive STCA4000100 Black

Pros: worked for a while

Cons: Died after less than 18 months of minimal use.

was awesome... at first

Sennheiser - Surround Sound Headphones (HD 555)
Sennheiser - Surround Sound Headphones (HD 555)

Pros: good sound and size

Cons: some portions cheap/weak

Overall Review: was a great pair of headphones at first. but with use, cracks appeared on both sides in the silver plastic area where the head part connects to each ear part. The plastic just doesnt seem heavy duty enough to hold up over time. The cracks just get bigger until the whole side splits. For the price I expect better!

disappointed

GIGABYTE GA-P55-USB3 LGA 1156 Intel P55 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
GIGABYTE GA-P55-USB3 LGA 1156 Intel P55 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: like the copper pcb

Cons: Guess I made the mistake of not reading enough reviews on this MB when researching my current build- having the same issue many other posters here have with the 1 sec on/off cycle. Seems to be a very common problem with these MB's.

Overall Review: Not sure if I'll go the replacement route (read mixed results about replacements with flashed BIOS working some of the time) or just go another manufacturer. Some pretty good info on Tom's Hardware on this issue of anyone's in the same boat I am.

won't work

Rosewill RCW-618 USB to IDE / SATA Adapter - Supports Windows 7
Rosewill RCW-618 USB to IDE / SATA Adapter - Supports Windows 7

Pros: price, convenience

Cons: Like several others here have mentioedn already, shows as not initialized in disk management and won't go further. Vanilla Vista and WD Caviar HD setup. In theory, it would save me ~30 min or so swapping hard drives for moving files. Having to troubleshoot for any length of time defeats the purpose...

Overall Review: For the cost to ship back and turnaround time vs just swapping out drives as normal - prob just eat it and trash the thing (other than the silicone enclosures, may find a use for those) - gotta wonder how many others end up doing the same?
