Pros: Beautiful design, extremely high quality construction. Corsair did their work before putting their cases in the market! Houses two 5970 x2's comfortably. Not something most cases can say.
Overall Review: If you want a comprehensive review, navigate on over to Youtube. This is just me telling prospective customers that this case is truly amazing. Also I read reviews of people complaining how big this case is. Its a full tower people. If you don't realize how big a full tower is you probably don't need it. If you still don't get it and are genuinely concerned over size, pop out a tape measure and figure it out.
Another Great Product from Corsair
Pros: Clean power that comes in immense amounts. Verified by the good old multi meter.
Overall Review: As with any power supply I knew there was a chance of receiving it dead or soon to be dead. But with the 5 year warranty from Corsair I had nothing to worry about. That is what really sets this PSU far above others in its class.
Great Board, My Response
Pros: I have yet to have a problem with this great board. EVGA customer support is wonderful if you have to go down that road (haven't had to use it with this board yet). Newegg transaction was a breeze as usual, always buy here. But the main reason I am writing this review is to defend it from the reviewer below (Eric).
Cons: ***These are not my cons, they are Eric's. I have yet to run into a con with this board. The SATA contacts are parallel to the main board. It's really hard to reach them. Really hard. I had to get out my electronics mirror to see which direction they faced... Even in a massive (Antec 1200) case, it was difficult to reach them. >> Those SATA connectors are parallel for a reason. Large GPU's (almost every mid to high end GPU on the market), or other peripherals, hang right over those connectors rendering them useless/ very difficult to use if they were to be perpendicular. You used a mirror to connect your drives? Try taking out that Quadro or just feel around until you know which way the 'L' goes. It doesn't support the fastest HDD interfaces. But it is an inexpensive board. >> Look when this board when manufactured, and yes its price.
Overall Review: (responses continued) Second, the audio contactor was placed way too close to the PCIE 16 slot. I.e., right where my Quadro needs to be. It did fit without too much issue, but if the geometry of the graphics card was slightly different it may not have worked and I would have been quite irritated. >> I have fit a Tesla C1060, GTX 260, 9800 GX2, and GTS 450 in there and while the fit is tight (Tesla, 9800 GX2) it still works fine. I can guarantee your Quadro makes the cut. The drivers that ship are not the most recent win7 drivers... Not a big deal really. Assuming your system start >> Once again, look when the board was manufactured. Besides how long does it take to install them yourself? Unless there is a serious bug it is going to start. Even with very old drivers from some very old components.
