Simply Great

Pros: Absolutely trouble-free install, No power-supply or software required, has cables for 2 systems permanently attached. Together with the single monitor, mouse and keyboard cables for input, allows me to have two systems sitting 8 ft away. Scroll Lock key toggles between two systems. LED on product indicates which system is presently active. Switches instantly between systems. Does not deteriorate Video signal to LCD monitor at all.
Cons: All analog connections only. PS/2 for keyboard and mouse, D-sub for VGA. Not really a problem for me but potential buyers should be aware before purchasing. I tried connecting a USB mouse using an adaptor, but it doesn't work.
Overall Review: Would like to see a up-market version of this product which accepts DVI and USB connections in addition to Analog, but I expect that would cost quite a bit more..........I'm a very happy camper with the product at the existing price-point.
Dissapointing

Pros: Cheap. Easy to change from default RAID 5 to RAID 10.
Cons: Uses Port Multiplier backplane, so requires PM capable SATA in system in order to address drives individually. They responded quickly but ineffectively to requests for support. Ineffectively because their support staff either do not know enough or they don't care enough.
Overall Review: The RAID malfunctioned a few days after the warranty expired. The array somehow failed. I tested each of the drives individually and found nothing wrong. There was also nothing wrong with the Cavalry case. All the drives are reported as being healthy. Its just that the 'rebuild array' option is not active (greyed out). Trying to figure out what actually was wrong and how to recover the raid array proved impossible due to poor level of technical understanding of support personnel. They had me jumping through meaningless hoops for a month. The last straw was when they asked me to connect the unit via USB. This is strictly an e-sata connective unit...THERE IS NO USB CONNECTION. The level of ignorance of their own products that this inane suggestion revealed convinced me that I would be better off trying to find a solution on my own. I won't be buying another product from this company.
Audio driver problem

Pros: Nice mobo, installation was a breeze, except for....Via HD Audio driver installation.....
Cons: Via HD audio codec installation is a nightmare. For some reason the Via HD audio codec installation just will not proceed. It fails with the message 'E/VIAHDAud\HDAudDrvNt.dll failed to load'.......
Great Little Motherboard

Pros: Wide range of processors supported including Pentium D, Core 2 duo and Core 2 quad, decent inbuilt video, gigabit network, sound. Good price.
Cons: none
Misleading battery claims

Pros: Light and fast on account of dual-core CPU and Nvidia Ion2. Will indeed play HD video without a stutter.
Cons: The battery time I am getting is nowhere near what Asus claims it is. I have upgraded from windows 7 starter to windows 7 professional and installed both Intel and Nvidia drivers from Asus website in order to use Optimus mode. Also using the Super Hybrid Engine. The interesting thing is, when I decrease screen brightness under battery power, instead of estimated battery time increasing, it decreases.....and when I choose 'full performance' under battery power, the estimated time jumps up again....
perfect upgrade for Asus 1015PN

Pros: Perfect match for Asus 1015PN netbook. Took barely a minute to replace the 1 GB SODIMM with this and the system accepted it instantly.
Cons: none
Overall Review: Upgrading from 1 to 2 GB on an Asus 1015PN for 25 dollars is well worth it. I was going to order the Crucial 2GB DDR3 with model number CT25664BC1067 but then read someone's review that it would not work with the 1015PN, so searched a little more and found this, CT25664BC1339.
