A+ replacement for a busted Logitech G110!

Pros: Bought this at a B&M store when it was on sale for $80 after MIR. I'd been using a generic Lenovo USB keyboard for months after killing my Logitech G110 with a particularly excitable glass of wine. I wanted something that was backlit, had dedicated volume control and media keys, and had decent software for customization. I have an ASUS motherboard that never could detect my old G110 for accessing pre-boot stuff (BIOS or even the Windows "your computer didn't shut down properly, do you want to boot into safe mode" prompt). No problems with this one, which is a HUGE bonus for me. The pass-through USB port is awesome. I haven't needed it yet, but if it's truly just pass-through, it should be able to handle devices that typically need a powered hub to work properly (like external hard drives). The backlighting is much better than both of my old Logitech gaming keyboards (G110 and G11), so I am very pleased with that feature.
Cons: The only complaint I have so far (granted, I've only had this for less than a week) is that the pop-out feet on the front and back do not have rubber on the bottom. My desktop surface is glass, so the keyboard slides around like crazy with the feet extended. The first one I bought had a bum spacebar - one of the plastic clips that holds the metal bar under the key in place was broken, so it would pop out if you hit the spacebar on the right half of the key. The replacement one has had no issues. A less important issue for me is the wrist wrest. I have irritatingly sensitive skin (puns are funny!), and the texture of the wrist wrest seems to be a mild irritant on my wrists. I will probably remove it and use a gel or memory foam one instead.
Overall Review: The backlight isn't as bright as backlit mechanical keyboards because of how membrane keyboards are constructed. My boyfriend has a Razer mechanical backlit keyboard, and the backlight is really intense because (a) it's blue only and (b) there are individual LEDs under each key. With RGB or any variable-color LEDs, the brightness will be different because a single LED is composed of three smaller LEDs to allow for full RGB color selection. Not only that, but membrane keyboards are edge-backlit with a plastic diffuser to spread the light across the entire keyboard. The overall effect is less intense as a result. Even with all that in mind, this keyboard has a brighter backlight than my G110, which was variable-color but not RGB. In a room with several lights on, the keyboard colors are still distinct and noticeable. I'm a very fast touch-typist and tend to push down on keyboard keys pretty hard. I have had no issues with this keyboard in that regard - it's responsive, it can handle the way that I type, and it's not unnecessarily loud. I don't use macros and profiles all that frequently with my keyboard since I got a Razer Nostromo keypad. I have read in other reviews that the software has some quirks, like no default profile and no way to customize a macro's steps after it's been recorded. These aren't deal breakers for me, but it is definitely something to keep in mind depending on your needs. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase. We'll see how I feel in a few months or next year, but so far I'm definitely satisfied!
Perfect for the price

Pros: Cheap, very quiet, did exactly what I needed
Cons: None, really. I wish it was modular but I'd have to shell out a bit more for that!
Overall Review: It seems like Antec revised this model - it has three SATA power connectors now.
Works with Windows Server 2003 and software RAID

Pros: The old Maxtor-branded Promise Ultra133 TX2 card I had refused to work in Windows Server 2003 Enterprise to create a software RAID 5. This was for a home server, so I didn't really want to spend the money on a real RAID controller. This card worked perfectly in Server 2k3 with the RAID 5 I had already set up prior to its arrival. The included driver installed without a hitch.
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: It does what it's supposed to do. Excellent for adding additional IDE channels to a machine.
A++ for the price

Pros: Got a couple of these at $44.98 minus a $20 rebate each. Fantastic deal after the rebate, especially considering these are from Netgear's pro line, which provides high quality metal enclosures and a lifetime warranty. Super compact and wall-mountable. The power adapter is the horizontal style of wall wart, so it fits better on most power strips.
Cons: Pricey if you can't get a rebate on them, but a really great deal if you can. It would be nice if at least one of the ports was in the rear.
Awesome case all-around!

Pros: This is a great case. It's lightweight but feels sturdy (the steel side panel doesn't feel too flimsy), the color is GORGEOUS, and fitting in my P5Q SE/R ATX board wasn't as hard as I'd anticipated from reading other Newegg reviews of this case. The optical drive mechanism works very well, although I had to use an extra short SATA ODD to get the faceplate to snap on securely. Installation from start to finish was very easy. Now my boyfriend wants to get one of these to replace his bulky, heavy case! I really love the color options, the blue LEDs aren't overkill (I'm not one for pimping out my machines with lights and windows and whatnot), and the design is very sexy. I'm very happy I ended up picking this case. It does only hold two HDDs, but that's not an issue for me since I have a separate file server on my home network.
Cons: None so far. The edges weren't unusually sharp, nor did I have issues with the steel panels denting at all (both mentioned in other reviews here). I did have some trouble getting the front faceplate/bezel off, but that's mostly because I'm pretty weak. :) The instructions were almost nonexistent, but adequate enough to figure out how to remove the drive caddy and whatnot. I do wish the punch-out PCI slot covers were replaceable. Good thing I still have all the covers from my old machines.
Overall Review: This is one awesome case. I was resigned to getting a boring black steel case (I really didn't want a window in my machine) until I saw these. My boyfriend quickly convinced me that I don't really need five internal drive bays, since the file server is going to take care of most of my storage needs. I don't at all regret choosing this one, and I love how lightweight it is even when fully stocked (my Dell 400SC weighs almost as much as I do). The blue LEDs in the power button and above the ODD bay add a very nice touch and coordinate well with the color of this case. If you want bright colors, definitely get one of these.
