Almost the Perfect NAS case with modification, 13 drives.

Pros: It is Tall, and has 3 fans in the front with a removeable Filter in front of them. This design was probably to accomodate a radiator however I made my own drive cage using aluminum angle, cheap curtain rods, and some rubber drive shock screws
Cons: If the case had been 1/2" deeper it would have accomodated a larger motherboard better. Initially I used a ASRock H61M/U3S3 because I had it laying around, this board is only 8.6 inches and does not interfere with the hard drive cage I built. Later I decided to upgrade to a server board, SuperMicro X9SCM, and unfortunately the edge of the motherboard occupies the same space as the left edge of my drive cage. So I remove the cage and made it so that the left side of the cage actually sits above the motherboard. This worked with this particular motherboard, but if the motherboard had things that needed to be plugged in on that edge it would have not worked. If the drive had been about 1/2" deeper it would have been PERFECT, atleast for my use. I read there were sometimes issues with the included fan controller. I decided to simply not use it and wired my case fans to 3 to 1 molex fan adapter.
Overall Review: If you are planning to build your own drive cage and are looking for a good case for a NAS then I would absolutely recommend it, but just be aware that depending on the size of your motherboard you may have to get creative to make it fit.
My stock heatsink cooled better than this one.

Pros: Everything fit. I was able to install it, inexpensive
Cons: Temperatures were 10 degree Celsius over the stock intel cooler. It was still in the safe range so I actually kept using it, but then ontop of being a horrible cooler the fan died about a week ago, so I replaced it with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065 Which worked out great, temps well below what they were with the stock intel cooler.
great value!

Pros: Wide enough to fit my noctua NH-D15 with room to spare. ordered because it has good fan layout, I added two 120mm fans up front to cool my hard drives, I chose this case because it did NOT have the side loading hard drives, those might be easier for installing and removing hard drives frequently, but its obvious the cases that have side loaded hard drives, don't cool the drives as well. also has a USB3 port up front that hasnt given me any trouble yet.
Cons: so far i dont really have any cons, I would have preferred a case that had less styling/plastic up front with nothing but the metal mesh, and without the word cougar(less obtrusive), something similar to the original Antec 300 case, but with usb3 port up front.
Overall Review: I would recommend to a friend, and as long as the sale price continues I would order again for future builds, for me a case has to be black, have plenty of front to rear ventilation to keep my hard drives cool, and enough drive bays to accommodate 6 or so hard drives, all cooled by fans, which usually means two 120mm fans up front which this does, and of coarse not break the bank, or be too flimsy. I have had heavier/sturdier cases than this, but ive also had much flimsier cases, this case is lighter than my old cooler master case, but sturdier than a lot of budget cases ive seen.
had to rma within 2 weeks. went with 480 gtx instead

Pros: The cooler on it looks really good.
Cons: Mine displayed tons of artifacts and the started outputting purple instead of white every time it was under any kind of a load in less than a month. Ended up RMAing and geting a 480 GTX instead and for less money! Also funny enough the 480 GTX seems to be performing much better than the 560 ti did anyway.
does exactly what i bought them for without a hickup

Pros: I bought two of these cards for a couple dell optiplex computers that I am using as HTPC media pcs. The dells only have 275 watt power supplies, so this lower power card worked perfectly. I have thrown 1080p encoded with x264 Hi10P (10bit 264) and the computer handles it no problem. the dells have 2.4ghz core 2 duo cpus.
Cons: none yet, I wouldn't buy one of these cards for gaming, but for a media pc where a lower power, low profile card is required they work excellent.
wow should have just used the onboard its better!

Pros: well it was cheap... but now its only good for a paper weight, so i guess it was expensive if you think about it.
Cons: Bought to upgrade the onboard video of a small form factor dell. I really should have known better. but ive used a 8400gs before and got ok results. so really it must just be this brand. they really skimped somehow someway. I get more FPS with the onboard video than i do with this card.
