Great Monitor, Great Price

Pros: Picked this up as a replacement for my 21" Sony Trinatron (Awesome monitor but getting too hard on my aging eyes at higher resolutions) and really love the new screen. My primary concern about switching to an LCD was ghosting and monitor lag in games. I am happy to say that I did not notice any while playing TF2, Guild Wars and Civ4. While they did ship the monitor in the same box, it was packaged very nicely to prevent any damage. Monitor came with 0 dead pixels and has a great screen. It is very big and looks great. Has alot of options for adjustment. Tuning the Cable/OTA channels was pretty quick (about 1.5 minutes for 97 channels). No joking about this monitor being pretty to look at. Clear plastic edge surrounds the entire montior and if you place a light behind it, you get a very cool framing effect that doesn't detract from your viewing.
Cons: Wouldn't tune in the HDTV channels on Comcast (not really a fault of the monitor). Changing from 4:3 to 16:10 will take time getting used t o. Speakers are just adequate for little stuff. Most people already have a dedicated set of speakers to use anyways so I'm not going to knock this monitor for it. Included every cable BUT an HDMI. Not a big thing but would have been icing on the cake. Monitor is too thin for my cats to sit on. My cats loved sitting on the Sony since it was a nice warm spot. Now they have to go back to the DVR!!!
Overall Review: For those who complained about the red light by the power button, you have several options in the menu for adjusting it including turning it off and adjusting the brightness. Anybody who is thinking about a 24" LCD, you can't go wrong with this monitor.
Test before powering

Pros: Cheap price. Very quiet operation when it functions properly. First one was DOA, second ran fine. Newegg did a good job allowing me to cross-ship a replacement just in time for Xmas.
Cons: First supply upon initial power on caused a hugh spark inside the powersupply that was visible and left no doubt that it was defective. Thankfully, the problem/cause did NOT fry the motherboard or cause any other problems with the components in the system.
Overall Review: Recommend anybody purchasing this supply to test it before installing it in your case and make sure it works first.
Powerful card but it's power hungry

Pros: The main reason I purchased this card was to move away from/upgrade my dual 970 GTX in SLI setup and it proved to be a strong improvement. The overall sound and heat of my system went down and is noticeably more quiet than with the 1080ti than the SLI setup. Performance is also noticeably faster plus I lost all the issues SLI seems to have with the latest round of games. This card runs cool (65d is the max I temp I have seen while in Game) compared to my SLI setup and delivers more performance and is quieter to boot.
Cons: I had a Corsair HX850 power supply which worked flawlessly with my prior 970 GTX SLI setup but with this card, I experienced random system power offs (i.e. system powers off completely without warning). I performed numerous tests to confirm it was not heat related and all benchmark/break-in tests worked without issues. I would have expected this power supply to easily handle this card since it's total power draw as actually going down (500W down to ~420W measured at UPS) but no matter what I did, I still experienced problems under highly intensive games (Metal Gear, Doom, Fallout 4). Some games would play for hours while others would crash within minutes of being launched. I spent several days trying to diagnose and resolve this issue but to no avail. Things I tried included: rolling back drivers to earlier versions, using driver cleaner and cleanly reinstalling current drivers, changing power rails, splitting load between 2 different rails. None of these seemed to work. I ended up upgrading my power supply to a EVGA 1000W G3 in order to fix the problem and have not had an issue since. I suspect that the card draws more power than the supply expects (i.e. the draw goes out of range for the 12V rail) and triggers a safety shutdown. This doesn't take away from the card itself but consumers need to be aware if they experience random shutdowns, they need to focus on their power supply first in order to fix the problem.
Overall Review: The card looks nice and the LEDs are a cool touch if you have a window to see them.
Great card

Pros: Card replaced a Sapphire 7970 Dual X and has been an excellent upgrade. Noticeable difference in FPS under games like Dragon Age Inquisition and Civilization V. The card feels very solid and well built and runs much quieter than the 7970 it replaced. Temps seem to stabilize in the low to mid-70s when really trying to stress the card out but it still remained quiet. Waiting for newer games to really stress the card out.
Cons: Purchased the card in between periods where the game bundles were offered. More bad timing on my part. :(
Overall Review: Have noticed with some older games when in 2D mode (menus especially), there can be some coil whine but it goes away once entering into the game. Can happen to any card but since it goes away in game, not going to deduct from an otherwise great card. (my 7970 did the same thing)
Rock solid and faster than V3

Pros: Been a rock solid upgrade from a Vertex 3. Used primarily for compiling large programs with Visual Studio and you can definitely see a difference in performance from the V3 to this. Latest firmware really brought the performance up without compromising stability. Compared both drives on the same system and the V4 won all but one compared to the V3 (both with the latest updates) AS SSD Vertex 4 256GB vs Vertex 3 240GB Seq (R/W) 438/413 vs 512/213 4K (R/W) 29/109 vs 20/53 4K-64Thrd (R/W) 340/293 vs 198/170 Acc Time (R/W) .130/0.027 vs .203/.247
Cons: Not really a knock on the product but the last firmware flash was a destructive update. Could be a pain for those who don't have a spare drive to back up existing data onto it. Make sure to flash the latest firmware before installing your OS.
Overall Review: I have had 4 different OCZ products and not a single problem with any of them. V2, V3, V4 and Nocti have all worked as advertised. Have to question those who have problem after problem on what they are doing wrong.
Great set of fans

Pros: Fans are quiet and move a good amount of air. LEDs are nice and bright.
Cons: Wish they used a ball bearing instead of sleave design.
Overall Review: For a cheap set of fans, this is a hard deal to beat.
