Failed within 30 days of light use
Pros: Fast cost effective SSD. Great Customer Service! I called OZC and got the answer machine, then a few minutes later Benjamin Luu called me back and apologized for missing the call. Long story short He sent me a new drive 2 day air and paid for the return shipping of the failed drive. That's the reason for the 5 star review. Just follow the RMA process and Boom , they'll take care of you. The replacement drive seems fine so far. But if not I know I'll be taken care of , thanks OCZ.
Cons: Failed drive only , but you know, they didn't make me jump through any hoops, just wanted to know how I was using the drive when it failed, then just took care of it. I can't complain about that.
Overall Review: Maybe cheaper parts were used to make these? I have 4 other older OCZ SSD's still going strong. When your backed up it's not the end of the world. Just grab a spare and flash it with a backup. When the new comes ,flash it and pop it back in.
Not worth the trouble
Pros: Good features if it worked as it should.
Cons: Connected it as stated by another reviewer and still just never worked properly. Sent back and replaced, still no go. The USB part worked fine but the SATA does not. Just locked up explorer and have to reboot system.
worst mother board I ever owned
Pros: boots up !
Cons: never had this much trouble with a motherboard before. usb problems , wireless adaptor problems, bios problems, windows 7 problems. There is a reason why newegg doesn't want these back, they are junk. Should stuck with gigabyte.
Overall Review: not sure why but every time I boot up theres a new error in windows 7. something new failed? yay , maybe someday I can stop working on it and get back to video editing as that's what I bough it for! Can you really trust any of these products anymore? just read the reviews.
tic toc is this the tic or toc
Pros: fast loading , very stable and secure but not for me
Cons: Sure it's fast loading but that get's lost in the time it takes to find anything or get anywhere. I gave it the old college try but I'm just to old. I've been using Windows since 1993 and been through all the changes good and bad and I will be with them through this too. Better than the alternative overpriced limited competition. I'm just as open minded as the next guy but geese.
Overall Review: don't get me wrong I'm sure I'd love it if I owned a smart phone or used apps but I don't.
