Pros: -Good design. Retention bracket and parts seem to be of good quality. -Works efficiently. Brought my overall temps down 5c-10c. -Comes pre-applied with MX4. -Good size for smaller cases. -QUIET.

Cons: -Fan isn't easily replaceable if it fails because it uses a proprietary mount.

Overall Review: Cheap cooling solution and does the job well. Works much better than the stock Intel cooler. Currently have it on an i3-6100 which is never going to be overclocked. I BARELY got it to fit into a Cooler Master Elite 110 mITX case and ASRock H110M-itx motherboard. Would definitely recommend for a budget built with zero to little overclocking.
