Holds all 3dMark records = awesome

Pros: This board holds all 3dMark hall-of-fame records, so yeah it's overclockable. Clean layout. Tweakable BIOS. POST codes and power/rest buttons are great. Firewire 800 (aka 1394b) -- yeahhh.
Cons: Not a thing.
Overall Review: Must say the NVIDIA software is great. nTune lets you modify BIOS from windows. FirstPacket helps with online gaming. This board is great.
Killer board

Pros: Forums suggest this is the board from heaven. So far it's meeting expectations. OC'ing like a champ and solid. And DDR3-2G! crazy sweet
Cons: Wish it was cheaper! But great board eitherway
Overall Review: Owned a 680i. While it was awesome, this board is certainly more stable so far.
Great overclocking

Pros: Smokin' overclocker. And at below $100 can't be beat. Do this: Go buy a E6300 on newegg for $167. Buy an Ultra board for $100 and overclock your E6300. What do you have? Sub $300 board+CPU running at 3.5GHz+. Nice.
Cons: Wish I could get memory this cheap.
Overall Review: Hook it up to your GeForce card of choice to complete your sweet system
Great board

Pros: Board is awesome. Cool cables included (slick looking black mesh pouch). Free dimm heat spreaders.
Cons: None really.
Overall Review: So EVGA board and this one are similar. They were both designed and manufactured by NVIDIA so you're all set whichever one you choose.
Awesome board.

Pros: Awesome overclocking. Great thermal solution (removable fan for silent running). Excellent layout. 3 PCIe x16 slots!!! BIOS really allows amazing control, and easy as hell to use.
Cons: Absolutely none.
Overall Review: Great board. Designed by NVIDIA. Well-known EVGA tech support there is no going wrong with this board! Works sweet with my new GeForce 8800 too!
