Pros: Everything was pristine, dust free, and honestly brand new for a referb, even the keyboard and mouse that came along with it. Did not use the wifi usb adaptor (as I am using a ethernet wire) but awesome that they offer the dongle just incase you can only be wifi.

Overall Review: Item is exactly how it was listed. Runs quiet and smooth. Easy to set up with Windows 10 and just needed to go through the necessary minor updates once you get it up and running with the internet.

Wonderful customer care!

I had ordered from this store earlier this month and while the first package came in on time and very well packed, there was a small mix up with sending me what looked like to be a custom order. I contacted the next day via the site and over the phone and every rep I spoke with was incredibly helpful and ready to fix the mix up! The correct computer was sent to me, along with a return label for the prior box!
