Pros: The clients I installed this for are rough on everything they own but this drive just keeps on working.

Cons: The chain is so thin that it will break if you look at it too hard.

Pros: It read the three different disks I thru at it. Didn't burn with it.

Cons: Apparently this drive only has a 14 day return warranty. The drive has those metallic anti-thief labels stuck on it that say NO WARRANTY on them.

Pros: I'm not out alot of money.

Cons: This is the second time I've had to write a review because the first one magically disappeared. I'm just going to cut to the chase this time. Newegg shipped this thing in a glorified paper bag and I'll assume someone stepped on it or a bigger box fell on it because everything inside was crushed/broken. I use to buy everything from here.I stopped buying here because of all the problems I always seem to get. Even the one item I buy a year comes all messed up. Newegg needs to get their act together but they won't because that would require some thought and or effort

Overall Review: It'll be a cold day in hell before I buy from you again.

Pros: It's the perfect gift for someone you hate.

Cons: The top of this thing has deep scratches in it like someone with a pneumatic screwdriver when nuts on it. The door has no stops. It opens to 90 degrees instantly. The pan that comes with it is to narrow to fit in the channels. No way of knowing what temp you actually have. The temp gauge is extremely inaccurate.

Overall Review: If you have a food that needs to have a set internal temp before you should eat it then don't stick it in this without a thermometer. I've seen alot of different items that Rosewill sells and it's all low or poor quality. There's a reason why they are the low ball kings here.

Pros: Memory is made by Patriot. Does what it's suppose to.

Cons: Paper bag for a shipping container. Bag was ripped open when I got it. The egg saver shipping is horrible for anyone living in New Jersey. I only live an hour away. I could have walked there and back faster then you took. For starters DHL sends my package to Maryland, that's two states away. Then I get to wait for them to hand it off to Usps and then I get to wait some more for it to return to Jersey and then to me. There is no way this saved anyone money.

Overall Review: Newegg needs to get it together. Your packaging sucks Your shipping methods suck. I doubt this review will make it through
