Cons: Low quality, barely worked for 2 months then stopped responding after that. I had to use my other dock to read the harddrives I had on hand, so the problem is in the product itself. I would recommend spending a little extra to get a better quality alternative.

Overall Review: Product has potential, but I would try to get this model from Gigabyte or MSI, they have better quality and customer support usually.

Cons: The product came with a pretty bad cooling fan. The video card constantly crashed and overheated, and DiamondMM's customer support did not even respond to multiple emails or phone calls. I had to buy an aftermarket cooling setup to replace the cheap plastic junk they put there.

Overall Review: Overall: Good graphic processor to use, but I would recommend the actual card from a different card manufacturer that has actual customer support.

I had a good experience with the seller, the pricing was good, and the product I ordered was as advertised. Shipping was a bit slow but not too bad.
