Pros: This thing works great! Using this with a used RAID card as an additional set of four drives in an Vmware esxi server. Somehow I missed that is DOES come with a cable.

Overall Review: Printer arrived on 9-18-17, tried to use it, didn't work. Went back back and forth with the seller trying to get an RMA. Finally got one 10-2-17. Its now 10-12-17 and no printer.

Cons: Ordered two drives. Plugged them in and one would not show up on the raid controller. Pulled the drive out and found that on of the leads on the sata connecter was built too short. Sent it to newegg for a replacment. Just got an email from newegg saying (rough translation) "Too bad...not our problem." I'm guessing I've bought around $20,000 worth of stuff from newegg over the last couple of years. I'm sure that's not a big customer to them but I'm guessing its not small.

This is ridiculous. We have been trying to get an RMA since last week and get nothing but a run around. I just got an email from y’all saying the error we are getting is due to this: “Service Error 49 notification is usually either a communication error between your device and the printer or a corrupted file in the que that is causing the restart and error. ” We didn’t just hop off the turnip truck. Prior to trying for the RMA, we started and stopped the printer probably 100 times, each time we would clear the queue, power the printer off, then back on, then attempt start printing something else. It would print two or three pages, then give the error again. In the middle of this, the CAT 5 port stopped working, you could not ping it, nothing. We tried resetting to DHCP, nothing. We tried resetting to static IP, nothing. We reset the communications settings in the control panel of the printer…nothing. We changed cables, nothing. The bottom line is that is a defective printer. We are tired of this. We have purchased probably $50,000 of material from New Egg through the years and have always had good service until now. Y’all just want to keep passing the buck meanwhile our people can’t print. Please issue an RMA today. If you can’t, won’t, etc, please let me know.
