Pros: This is a great processor for those who wish to move to a dual core set up. easily overclocked and runs smooth. i upgraded from a 3500+ and was immidiately amazed at how much faster this processor is. Worth every penny.
Overall Review: system-AMD 5200+, 2 gig corsair XMS2, 250 gig hd, Zalman cooling, 650 BFG psu, 7900 GTX OC, Asus Crosshair, X-fi sound, Thermatake Armor series.
Pros: Pretty good speeds... When it works. All in one. I really wanted to like this modem/gateway, but i can't ignore how much trouble it has been. Get the basic one without the wireless! The web interface isn't bad, but it isn't impressive either.
Cons: Everything. Constantly requires a reboot, almost once per day. It has had problems out of the box and i even tried to contact motorola about it only to be ignored (Several e-mails and a support ticket). The wireless drops out at least once a day making you have to power cycle the box.
Overall Review: I have owned several pieces of networking equipment and this one is by far the biggest pain i have ever had. My friend has the basic one without the wireless and he has had 0 problems with it and gets much better speeds on the same plan within a mile from me.
Pros: Very fast drive. This is my third SSD and my favorite. Awesome support!
Cons: Died after 10 months of use. The bios would not detect it and you could not see it in disk management. Tested on three computers. It happens so no biggie.
Overall Review: I put in an RMA and it was fixed with no trouble at all! Total down time was a week and i am impressed. I have quite a few corsair products and i use them in customer builds. I will continue to do so after all the amazing customer service i have received from them.
Pros: This card burns through all of my games with very little effort while remaining cool. I chose this card after my two GTX 480's in sli kept my room a bit warmer than my liking. Room ambient temps @28c The 480's always ran around 45c idle and 85-98c load. This 670 runs 33c idle and 69c load and oc'd. I was able to achieve 3dmark11 p10k. That score keeps up with my two 480's on stock clocks (700). This card is extremely quite to anyone upgrading from a 400 series card. The fan on 60% is quieter than my 480 on 40%. My case fans are much louder than this card. All games tested/played on max settings Skyrim (HD textures), TF2, BF3, Metro 2033, GTA4, Assassins Creed Rev, Crysis2, Dirt3, Just cause, all ran smooth. This card is a beast!
Cons: Price, but i still think this card is worth it.
Overall Review: I really enjoy the power scaling of this card. Games that dont require the full potential of this card run smooth while the GPU sits at 42% and cool @48c DF-85 Antec GTX 670 FTW Core i7-2600k Windows 7 pro Corsair TX-850 PSU 16GB Gskill 1866mhz ASUS P67 Sabertooth XSPC Rasa RS240 Liquid kit 120gig OCZ Vertex with 1TB HDD
Would have worked great but DOA
Pros: You can tell a difference while playing games, but only in detail (see cons)
Cons: These arrived with a damaged connector (looks fine from the outside). There is a break in one of the color lines right before it gets to the wii adapter. You can slightly adjust the cable and see the correct colors, but only for a second. It only displays a slight green color and pink. No blue until you wiggle the cable, but it doesn't stay because the cable seems to be separated internally. The original wii cables work just fine on the same device.
Overall Review: These would have done the job just fine, but with the color out, they are worthless. It costs about as much as the product to ship them back so I am at a loss either way.
Pros: I was very impressed with how good these sounded when plugged in via USB. They do not have a lot of bass, but it's enough to give it that "full sound". I was looking for something to carry around with my new laptop and these sound great! They also use 3 AA batteries if you don't want to plug it in with a USB (USB plug in has superior sound quality vs Aux input). They are quite a bit louder than i expected.
Overall Review: Newegg keeps putting stuff on sale and making me spend money! Seriously though, these are great speakers.
