Pros: Nice price for a back-up computer build. Plenty of space inside for cables and a large video board. You have plenty of slots for moving the internal 3.5" drives around to clear video boards. I was happy to see the front panel connectors were long enough to go behind the panel that the motherboard mounts on and come out lower with enough cable to reach the headers.
Cons: No manual - There is a half page diagram with features. When you go to the web site you find there is no PDF manual for this case. I downloaded other manuals with similar configurations and used them (NSK3480, NSK4482).
Overall Review: Box was damaged and back of the right side panel had a ding and paint was flaked off. I don't know if this was a shipping, warehousing, or manufacture problem.
Pros: A nice bag of screws.
Cons: Its plastic, but metal would conduct heat better. It doesn't fit the SSD. Tighten up the screws and the tray flexes. None of the holes lined up with the screw holes in my case. Fortunately, I had a backup in my parts box and could finish the install.
Overall Review: It arrived a day earlier than expected
Everything I needed for a 10th and 11th gen intel processor.
Pros: Plenty of USB connections. 3 M.2 connections. 6 Sata 3. ESD on the USB connections. 7.1 audio, but I didn't use it. Many connections for fans and water pumps.
Cons: Has the TPM header, but no module. Not ready for WIndows 11 without that module.
Overall Review: I would recommend this board for anyone with a 10th or 11th gen intel processor. I made a hasty decision and should have bought a 11th generation processor for a few dollars more. I would have had better Ram speeds.
Lots of Storage
Pros: A few years ago 2 TB SSD was unheard of. Now it is very affordable and just right for all the pictures I expect to take. Samsung software makes any transfer to this new drive a breeze.
Overall Review: I recommend this product and will buy it again in the fall because Drive C on my wife's machine is almost full.
Evrerthing as Expected
Pros: A good size case with lots of room for graphics card, and all the fans and AIC room you will ever need. I like that the cables to the front Audio, USB, power were long enough to go behind the MB and still reach the lower back of the MB. Supplied fan had a nice long cable so I could reach to the header at the bottom of the MB. Very easy access for mounting the SSD,HDD, optical drives. I also used the 3.5" bay for a bracket with 2 USB ports (don't let a header go to waste).
Cons: I wouldn't take off any eggs for this, but the screws and directions are just a jumble. The directions say 6-32 for 3 different screw counts and then have useless pictures and say 8 for lock buckle, 21 for M/B, ODD, FDD. I have no idea how to separate these out. Same for the metric. If they are different put them in a different plastic bag. Again - just a thought - Next time I am going to get a white case. Black really sucks up the light and black screws against a black case are hard to see. Again - just a thought - I don't like that the opening for the add on cards are a punch out piece of metal. If I change my mind about add in cards or punch out the wrong opening, I am going to have a hole in the back of the case. I will have to find a bracket to cover it.
Overall Review: Hint: if you are using a liquid CPU cooler, and putting the radiator up in the top back, plug in the 12V cables to the MB before you mount the radiator and fan. I had to back the radiator/fan out because I couldn't get the second 4 position plug in.
Pros: Got a 4K monitor and this card feeds it graphics which are beautiful. The card is low power consumption and short enough to easily fit in the case (mid tower) with room for cables running around it. I used HDMI and Display Port cables and both were in the package. It came with an (or some) adaptor cable for other connections. I have forgotten which were in the package (I have a box full).
Overall Review: I have never figured out how to use the EVGA tuning application. A manual online for it would be nice. Right now all I do is look at temperatures.
Excellent Customer Service
I bought a CPU air cooler from them. I couldn't get it to fit on the board and over the CPU. I asked to return it and New egg sent a RMA and would have returned some of the money (deducted shipping and a 6% restocking fee). BetechParts stepped in and refunded all the money. Very generous. I hope they stop selling this part and move on to Version 2 which would have worked.
