great printer server, work in LAN and over VPN

Pros: Small, function well. work over VPN networked computers, so that our sales office can print shipping label over the warehouse printer 8 miles away! Many people did not realize you have to have the printer driver installed on your PC first before setup this printer server. Another method can be used for printing over VPN or on the local network, that is by using Windows install local printers with automatically detect plug and play printer box checked. It will say no printer found. Click on the next, it will allow you to select "Create new port", screw down to select "standard tcp/ip port". In that new window, specify the IP address of the print server, then select LPR in next window. Then select the proper printer driver you installed on the first step.
Cons: user manual and web site is not much useful
Overall Review: We have two of these working flawlessly!
one of two drives dead

Pros: NewEgg provide RMA to replace it immediately
Cons: One of two dead.
Overall Review: Try to download SeaTool and check your drive before spending time to find out later the problem is hard disk.
6 out of 8 MB mounting not tapped

Pros: Newegg shipped fast
Cons: The motherboard mounting brass stands can not go in. Out of 8 of them, only two of them can go in, rest six not tapped.
Overall Review: I am not sure I can trust product without QA
printer not work, microchip debug tool not work

Pros: Run fast with Windows 7 64 bit.
Cons: However, I can not get Canon MP530 work, each time connected to USB port, Windows 7 will crash with bluescreen death. I also can not get Microchip ICD3 debugger work on this, the USB chip set must had something causing those two perfect USB devices not working on this computer.
Overall Review: I did not realize Gigabyte still making motherboard with limited USB support. Otherwise, I would not buy it at the first place. I normally buy motherboard made by SuperMicro and never had any problem. This special deal caused me a lot of pain.
great little router

Pros: Little, work great, configure easy
Cons: I had network IP address conflict at once, this switch went to crazy looping. Untill I found the problem was duplicate IP addresses, I thought was this router caused problem
Overall Review: I opened it up and add a heatsink to the router IC. Hope that will make this thing last forever.
When use it as bridge, use G only mode

Pros: Small, cheap and reliable
Cons: When work as client bridge, I have to setup it use G only mode, otherwise in N mode conneciton drops from time to time. G mode actually moving really fast, I can stream video over the Internet easily. Have a printer, and two computers in a remote corner of the building on this, so I don't have to run another wire.
Overall Review: I wish it also work in N mode, that can be even faster. But I am happy with its reliable G only speed bridge.
