Excellent Drives

Pros: I purchased these to go into a Thecus N7700+ NAS. They are without a doubt the best drives for a NAS (and on a budget).
Cons: None
Went bad within two months

Pros: There's not much to say really as it's just another power supply.
Cons: I received this sometime in early March 2020 and it went bad on 1 May 2020.
Overall Review: I'm pretty disappointed all things said and done. I am not happy with such an expensive product going bad after only two months. I tried swapping power cables, used different outlets (known working ones), tried the reset button, and toggled the switch. I even tried leaving it off for an extended amount of time, but it shows zero signs of life. How sad.
BSOD with any OC

Pros: None. I build a new computer every two years and have never had this many issues with memory before.
Overall Review: I've been using this memory in a ROG STRIX Z690-E Gaming WIFI motherboard for several months now. If I try using any XMP profile, the computer will crash after a while. If I turn off overclocking, it runs fine, but that defeats the purpose of even using this memory. Without OC, I shouldve just bought DDR4. For helpful information, I have: - Ran a mem test for 8hrs without any errors. - Updated the BIOS 3 times now (basically every new update that comes out in the hopes that it will solve the problem).
Great Device

Pros: This is an excellent NAS which performs storage functions beautifully! If you want something cheap that can keep large amounts of data safe or to pump videos out to TVs (I use WD TV Live players), then this device is for you!
Cons: Thecus apps are pretty bad. For example, I have multiple brands of IP cameras. Neither myself nor my other tech buddy could get them working with the Thecus app. They did however pull right up on both the Synology DS411Slim and Synology DS2413. If I were to compare Synology apps to Thecus, I would give Synology a 10 and Thecus a 1. So, if you are looking for a NAS to function more like a server and less like a storage device, then I recommend something else.
Not so good

Pros: The removable cord is nice and they seem pretty sturdy.
Cons: The maximum volume when using my iPhone 5 is very low. I have tried an iPhone 4, Galaxy S4, and an iPod Nano, all of which have the same results.... = Low volume. If I use my computer or stereo system, they work well.
Decent Drives

Pros: I purchased five of these refurbished drives to fill my Synology DS411Slim NAS. (4-bay + 1 cold spare) I was hesitant about purchasing used drives, but couldn't be more happy with them now.
Cons: None
