Intel BOXDG965RYCK LGA 775 Intel G965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel BOXDG965RYCK LGA 775 Intel G965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: This is a simple motherboard, yes the instructions are lacking, but that's why you are building rather than buying one. You have some basic understanding of computers. My setup is the DG965RY mobo, with a C2-Dou Intel proc running @ 1.8mhz, plus a GForce7600. I purchased a 430watt pwr supply, and a better heat sink. In hindsight I think the heat sink provided would work fine, but would recommend getting a new powers-supply. There is a memory issue, don't by the high performance memory that over clocker’s like, for it needs to run @2.2v, this board has no adjustment to turn up the voltage. The BOIS says it's running ~1.95v. I installed Crucial memory #CT12864AA667 x2 for a total of 2gig. I also put a new SATA HD in this system, runs great. I have been running WOW and it screams! Video is very seamless, I have yet to bog this thing down and easily toggles back & forth between Windows XP while playing the game. Pretty much a drop in, & drive. If you think there are memory issues use Mem

Cons: Not much for troubleshooting
