It does what I need.

Pros: Plug and play with Windows 10.

Cons: None that I know of.

Overall Review: I plugged into a Windows 10 computer and it immediately worked. I can't comment on speed since I do nothing that requires speed.

Pros: Fans easy to install where you want them and can easily be moved if you change your mind.

Cons: Nothing so far.

Overall Review: My laptop fan is dying and it was shutting itself down because it got too hot. Now I don't have to buy an new laptop. Too early to tell about long term reliability.
