Difficulty at first, but running smoothly since then.
Pros: Nice web interface and options.
Cons: Had an Ethernet failure after installing latest firmware and enabling WoL. NETGEAR tech helped me resolve it. Navigating boot modes with only a single front panel button is difficult, but only necessary during diagnostics/maintenance.
Overall Review: Working well and haven't had to touch a thing, for the past month.
Our i5 office standard
Pros: - Very dependable - Great support from Lenovo, on the rare occasion that we do need it.
Cons: - A bit more money that some competitors.
Overall Review: - We'll buy more of these.
Shipped another product
We were shipped a different Lenovo laptop, from what was advertised. Nettradez made assumptions that two 500Gb drives would be as good as a 1Tb drive and that no "eraser head" mouse would be fine. Once I complained, they were quick to send the correct model, once the incorrect one had been returned.
