Quality Printer

Pros: This is a feature packed printer. text printing is much improved over brother printers of a few years ago. Very easy set up in Ubuntu Linux. Very good photo prints (read the manual on which options to choose for Best quality prints). Will allow custom printer ICC profiles to be used. Past experience tells me that Brother printers are very durable.
Cons: It is a little slow to start the first page of print after the machine is in standby.
Overall Review: I used a Brother printer for years. When it failed I decided to try an HP, as I had heard how great the Linux support was. The HP was actually much harder to install and the Quality of Photo prints was much worse. The Hp over saturated reds (magenta looked like bright red) and the prints lacked detail. I kept it a week then bought the MFC-J825DW from Newegg.
Works Great

Pros: Very easy to set up works with Linux, Unix, Mac, windows, your aunt Betsy. I have had it up for over a year and have never had to boot it or experienced any loss of signal.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Cheap, easy to use , no maintenance.
Works w/Thinkpad T60

Pros: Cheap, works fine.
Cons: None
Overall Review: T60 on Ubuntu Linux
Fast, Quiet, Coool

Pros: This drive runs between 95 & 97F in my Thinkpad T60. Thats about 5 degrees cooler than the factory hard drive. It is as quieter than the factory drive, almost silent. The boot time fell from 45 seconds with the stock 5400rpm Seagate drive to 30 seconds with this drive. Booting Ubuntu Linux.
Cons: None, will report if issues arise.
Overall Review: Great buy.
Great Sound

Pros: This unit is very small. No more giant bug on your ear. It is an in the ear system so you don't need a lot of shielding. The sound is great on both sides of the call. In my car with the windows down I can hear very well and the person I am calling can hear me very well and with out the anoying echo, pops and speaker phone sounds so many of these devices make. I've had people ask me how I get along with out a bluetooth. they cant even tell that I use one.
Cons: No cons
Overall Review: Try one of these, you will like it.
Nice Case

Pros: I used this case in my first build. No problems in the set up. The tooless trays were easy and quick to use. My mobo has a bit of a reputation for getting hot. But it is not in this case. The case is well made. I no problems with sharp edges. The fans are fairly quiet. The thing looks good. It really is a good buy.
Cons: For a noob, it was a little difficult to figure out the wiring Not crazy hard. But a wiring Schematic would have been nice.
Overall Review: Newegg has provided great service to me.
