Decent Stand
Pros: Holds my 3x Asus 23" monitors, gives a nice look on my desktop.
Cons: Side arms are not perfectly lined up with the center, so my side monitors are slightly lower than the center. The brackets do not have adjustments to fix this, so it is kind of an eyesore. If the brackets, or even the center one, allowed adjustment up and down, this would easily be fixable.
Overall Review: I removed 1 egg for the aesthetic loss of the monitors not being in line with one another. I use this for an Nvidia Surround setup. And while it's not THAT big of a deal, I get asked all the time why they aren't in line with one another.
Works? But not really...
Pros: Easy to install, instructions are semi-easy to read. Comes with plenty of extra hardware to fit any rack type.
Cons: Instructions were mostly pictures, and take a minute of looking at to discern. After getting the outer rails into my rack, Found they would not fit my server.
Overall Review: I bought these to mount an HP ProLiant DL380 G5. Although they are large enough to hold a 2U server, they will not mount to the server. I got these hoping not to shell out $100+ on the HP rails for this server, and found I needed to anyway. These are now back in the box, hoping they won't collect dust until they rust.
Good Price, Fair Quality
Pros: Affordable rails for 1U servers, plenty of hardware for installation on any rack.
Cons: Had to drill holes into them to fit them to my IBM eServer. None of the holes pre-cut on them fit onto my server. Even after drilling holes, had to remove the security brackets from the sides of the blades for them to fit properly.
Overall Review: Don't expect this to fit your server out of the box, or any other 1U piece of equipment you intend to put them on. Have a good drill, and the ability to measure out the holes.
I think it's faulty
Pros: Easy to install, will fit on a 2 post rack, or just the front 2 posts of your 4 post rack. Easy to read display.
Cons: Unit reads 5 minutes of run time with 1 server, and 2 pieces of networking hardware connected. Once the power goes out, immediately cuts power to the server, the networking hardware, and screams loudly. Only running at 86% load.
Overall Review: Wishing I had spent the extra money for a higher output UPS, but this should have been enough for my hardware.

BEAUTIFUL
Pros: Crisp, Clear, beautiful color clarity, pleasing look to the exterior as well.
Cons: None
Overall Review: I use 3 of these in an Nvidia Surround setup. These replaced my single Asus 21.3" monitor of 4 years. I am happy with this purchase, and will recommend them to all of my friends and family on future monitor purchases. The warranty period is also a bonus, as alot of monitors only come with 1 year parts, 90 day labor. Chalk up another win for Asus.
