Water 3.0

Pros: Easy Installation CPU running at 31-32C with normal computing 38-39C with gaming Super quiet even running at 100% Installed easily with a ton of room in my Corsair Air 540 case. Will buy another one of these for my next build.
Cons: Software would not load. After talking to Thermaltake tech service they thought it was a possible bad communication board since the software would not recognize the water cooler as connected to the system. They were happy to RMA and did great getting me the info to. However after building this system I wasnt interested in taking it apart. I am able to control the fans for the cooler through software from my ASUS board. So still a 5 egg in my opinion.
Overall Review: Just fantastic cooling. I highly recommend this product.
Defective

Overall Review: Defective product. Damaged my motherboard SATA ports.
Terrible. I mean really terrible.
Steer completely clear of this seller at all costs. I purchased a hoverboard from this seller. Item was defective and had to return it. No help from them at all. Had to pay 53.00 to return it then the company has the nerve to charge a 40.33 restocking fee for returning a defective item. A restocking fee?. They are going to sell the defective item to another person? So on my 230 dollar purchase I lost 93.00 thanks to the poor customer service and shame no Newegg for letting this type of business to sell on thier site.
