works as should hopefully for a long time

Pros: love the price per space [got it on sale] vs WD [which i love as well, but have been tight on money]. seek times are quicker than some WD externals I have. Haven't had any issues connecting to other computers or even mine [wd 4tb has had times when it cannot "ID" my usb external]
Cons: seagate externals tend to run a tad warm
working well

Pros: working good for the past year. Had no hiccups like I have had with my 4tb unit [failed to "install" when i have used it previously many times, when re-connecting it]. works between many computers.
Cons: Not a big con, but a tad slower on the read than one of my seagate externals, and pricier than others per gb.
Overall Review: has software included, which i don't care for/never used. So if you absolutely hate that, look for the wd elements, it should come clean.
massive-ly "cool"

Pros: It does its job with the best of em at cooling the system, even liquid coolers [z87]. Not too loud, the thermal paste that is included works quite well and I believe it gives some of the more expensive aftermarket pastes a run for their money.
Cons: It is huge, you must make sure it will work with whatever ram you plan to get [low clearance] so it does hinders what you have been able to use with a smaller cpu cooler. May not be a con for some, but for me I do wish it was a different color than brown/beige/tan. Especially since I have a side window.
surprisingly good for price

Pros: lots of space per price tag [got it on sale so it was less than current 200$ price tag]. has been working fine for past half year
Cons: tad slower read speeds than the two drive giants - seagate/wd. Not a con for me, but some might notice the bigger size vs wd/seagate [seagate backup being the thinnest external i have, then wd [which is the shortest of the 3] but mid tall, and the touro is both taller/as tall as the seagate and wider.
Overall Review: it has been running like a champ has had no scary moments like I have had with my wd 4tb [it had failed to id the drive/error in install even though i had used it plenty etc etc]
works as should

Pros: price, works as should, quicker read times than some of my other external drives
Cons: does seem to run a tad warmer than the WD externals i have.
works as should

Pros: Price, works as should, have had no issues
Cons: was expensive before, as far as i know ocz does not make ram anymore - i could be wrong. But if it is true, it would be less likely to work in future builds, less support etc
Overall Review: Haven't overclocked them so I cannot comment on how well it OC's. Has been stable on my computer, at standard 1k mhz [you need to oc to grab full use of the 1600 mhz on my system - i7-920 evga motherboard]
