Great for the money

ASRock 4CoreDual-VSTA LGA 775 VIA PT880 Ultra ATX Intel Motherboard
ASRock 4CoreDual-VSTA LGA 775 VIA PT880 Ultra ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Bought this to utilize my old parts with a new Core 2 Duo E4300 CPU. Overclocked to 2.4Ghz with stock fan, runs 42C at max load, very stable.

Cons: Met all my requirements for a budget board so no cons from me.

Overall Review: Upgraded from an old P4 3.0 Ghz on a Intel 865 Motherboard using 1GB single channel Crucial PC3200 RAM. I tell you the difference is night and day using this motherboard with the E4300. I averaged 30 FPS with my old setup playing WoW Burning Crusade, installed the new CPU/Motherboard combo and frame rates jumped to 40. I figured I might as well upgrade my RAM too so I bought a GSkill 2GB Dual Channel PC4200 kit for only $80 from Newegg as well. Now I enjoy 60 FPS battles using my old AGP BFG 6800GS 256 Bit/MB Video Card.

Meh

Vantec Spectrum Fan Card with Dual 70mm Adjustable UV LED Fans - Model SP-FC70-BL
Vantec Spectrum Fan Card with Dual 70mm Adjustable UV LED Fans - Model SP-FC70-BL

Pros: Well it does blow air onto my video card as well as blow air away from it. System temps dropped 3 degrees C, not bad.

Cons: It's kinda loud, even on the lowest fan speed setting.

Overall Review: Recommend the AOC FC-2000 PCI Slot Case Cooler for 1/3 the price, half the noise, and twice the results.

Not bad.

ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler
ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler

Pros: 1. Went from 60C full load on Stock Fan/Heatsink to 52C full load on this. 2. Looks kinda cool.

Cons: 1. If anything, it's kinda big but not a con if it'll fit your system.

Overall Review: Core2 Duo E4300 1.8Ghz overclocked to 2.40Ghz AsRock Motherboard G.Skill 2 MB RAM DDR2 667 GeForce 6800 GS Western Digital 160 GB IDE Yep, my system is from the stone age. Been using it since 2006 for less than $600 I finally upgraded recently but just wanted to write this review even though hundreds of other people already did. Couldn't hurt to add another +5 to a nice fan.

Effective

CORSAIR Flash Voyager 4GB Flash Drive (USB2.0 Portable) CMFUSB2.0-4GB
CORSAIR Flash Voyager 4GB Flash Drive (USB2.0 Portable) CMFUSB2.0-4GB

Pros: It's inexpensive, it works, and hey I love how it's made out of what? Rubber? Plastic breaks, but rubber lasts. So the whole thing is made out of some kind of rubber, that way when you put it on your keychain or whatever, it won't break as easily as the plastic or metal/plastic flash drives.

Cons: The only thing that bugs me about this flash drive is the color, black and teal is too feminin. If they had black and white at least that'd be neutral, or just more color variety. I put this on my keychain for convenience, and it would just look better if it wasn't black and teal.

Best investment ever!

Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 - Core 2 Duo Allendale Dual-Core 1.8 GHz LGA 775 65W Processor - BX80557E4300
Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 - Core 2 Duo Allendale Dual-Core 1.8 GHz LGA 775 65W Processor - BX80557E4300

Pros: Overclocked it to 2.4Ghz using stock fan no problems at all. (Limit of my board) This is definitely the best investment I ever made. Upgraded from a P4 3.0 - 1GB RAM - Intel 865 Motherboard setup, night and day difference in performance.

Cons: None so far.

Overall Review: ASRock 4CoreDual-VSTA LGA 775 VIA PT880 Ultra = $xx ------- G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) = $xx ------- Overclocking this baby to 2.4 Ghz with stock fan = Priceless

Notable difference

Vantec Spectrum Fan Card with Dual 70mm Adjustable UV LED Fans - Model SP-FC70-BL
Vantec Spectrum Fan Card with Dual 70mm Adjustable UV LED Fans - Model SP-FC70-BL

Pros: I thought maybe I wouldn't need this so I took it out, then I had overheating problems with my GPU again and my system would lag until it fails. With this in place that never occured again, wow.

Cons: It's louder than expected but not bothersome.

Overall Review: Look up the AOC FC-2000 PCI Slot Case Cooler on Newegg as well, I placed one of those right under this baby and it blows the air right out of the case!
