Good, Fast Ram

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9S-8GBXL
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9S-8GBXL

Pros: + Fast + One stick, 8 GB + Red (looks cool) + Feels well made + Nice Heatsink + I got this for $38, cheaper than the 8 gb (4x2) set w/ same clock speed... try to catch a promotion for an even greater deal! Newegg insider ftw :)

Cons: - Might not fit next to your CPU due to clearance (check your mobo)... I had to slide it over one RAM slot; no biggie

Overall Review: It says it is compatible with Intel Core series, but it works just fine with my Phenom x4 965 BE.. My Build: CPU: AMD Phenom x4 965 Black Edition GPU: EVGA Nvidia GTX 460 1GB superclocked edition RAM: 12 GB MOBO: Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 SSD: 120 GB OCZ Vertex 3 OS: Windows 7 64-Bit What are you waiting for? Buy it!

Looks good, works good.. IS good

GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: + Worked when I got it + Blue color scheme looks good in my blue LED Lit Rosewill blackhawk case + Good features, lots of USB ports + Supports USB 3.0 + All 6 are SATA 3 Hard drive slots (Full speed ahead!)

Cons: - Wish the cpu slot wasn't as close to the ram slots... seems a bit crowded w/ a bigger cooler - NO USB 3.0 internal connectors

Overall Review: If your computer case comes with a USB 3.0 Internal connector like mine did, you'll find yourself buying a pci express card adapter to accompany this board as well. This will run you about $16-$25. This is a good motherboard for a reasonable price... Buy it!

Great case, Great value... READ NOTE

Rosewill Gaming Computer Case - ATX Mid Tower - Top HDD Dock, Side Window Panel, 5 Preinstalled Fans - BLACKHAWK
Rosewill Gaming Computer Case - ATX Mid Tower - Top HDD Dock, Side Window Panel, 5 Preinstalled Fans - BLACKHAWK

Pros: + Great Cable Management (Grommets on back wall) + Spacious + Comes loaded w/ 5 fans (room for more too!) + Nice Tool-less 3.5" and 5" bays + The HDDs are facing towards the back of the case (better cable management) + Looks great + Doesn't have a cheap feel to it; feels sturdy + 2 USB 3.0 ports, not one... Newegg is outdated

Cons: - It seems like it's a Full Tower sized case; was too tall for my PSU (replaced it cause it wasn't that good anyway) - Heavy and bulky when carrying - The back panel is hard to get shut once it's full of cables.. Tie them down to back wall if possible - Could have had more zip ties.. no big deal

Overall Review: This was me NITPICKING cons... Pros outweight the cons for sure. This case feels very well thought out and spacious... I upgraded from a RAIDMAX Tornado case, which broke... Causing me to invest in a new computer case. I was going to pick the Coolermaster HAF 912 because it also had good reviews, but this case caught my eye more, and had a $15 dollar promotion. I'm glad I went with this one! NOTE: Your motherboard needs to have an *internal* USB 3.0 connector (Doesn't go into rear of mobo); I had to buy a PCI-express > USB 3.0 w/ the internal connector because I didn't realize that I had to have it connect internally (ignorance is no excuse). Also, this comes with TWO USB 3.0 ports in the front (BONUS! Only one connector needed though)

Great Graphics, Great Price

EVGA 01G-P3-1372-TR GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) Superclocked 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: + Runs Quiet + Easy Installation (Plug in and Play) + Beautiful graphics + Great Price + Doesn't demand a huge power supply

Cons: - Runs a little bit on the larger side, but I knew that. Be sure it will fit in your case!

Overall Review: Had an onboard graphics card before I switched to the GTX 460. I play rift, and I used to have to do the low quality renderer. Now, I can play Rift on Ultra Graphics no problem.
