Pros: build quality is great for this price range video output and upscaling output is first rate audio is amazingly a improvement on this ES series

Cons: this is there ES top of the line, thought the remote would follow the unit build, found this to be the only cheap looking part of this package

Overall Review: first thing, packing is really good, as I was half expecting a hdmi cable in the box to get it hooked up especially at this level, but regardless, this is a well built unit and works flawless with every type of media I tested with this unit obviously this isn't a thousand dollar plus unit, but a solid well designed 4k player. this is my replacement for a pair of sony nsz-gt1 Blu-ray/google player I bought some years back, this unit is definitely a good upgrade without any doubt I would definitely recommend this as a quality buy that preforms flawless

Pros: this duel tower cools well, mounts fit stock am4 socket perfect, height of these are perfect for compact builds at 140mm tall it fit my thermaltake mini cube with gigabyte itx build

Cons: well honestly the only con is the fan, its the weak link, poor quality bought two of these the first arrived with broken fan, still needs fan to fix it the second one works but noisy, i called and talked to arctic cooler rep at us center just to see if they could me a new fan so i wouldn't have to go through all the return drama with newegg seems to be a common fan issue, the only one they had there left was missing the fan to replace a broken customer fan, not mine of course, they don't have any replacement parts for my brand new never installed cooler with a broken fan right out of the box

Overall Review: this would be a great cooler with a quality installed , for now its just a nice cooler that keeps my am4 ryzen cpu at average of 36c/37c idle and 46c at full throttle small improvements could be winning ticket for this cooler

Pros: well built drivers easy to get and update

Cons: bios is really lacking, had trouble setting up speed of memmory compared to my other mb of differnt brand

Pros: setup app via smart phone is just awesome wifi signal is outstanding you can add other ai mesh products to this setup, so its perfect for my large ranch

Cons: well no a con, but its not wifi 6 aka wireless ax, but since all my wifi is only wifi 5 aka wirless ac like my iphone, all my sony tv and my computers and gaming systems are also only wireless ac i new this before buying, so if i happen to upgrade anything to wireless 6 it will just have to scale back to wifi 5 until i upgrade my wireless router to a ax unit

Overall Review: after setting up and using this, I'm am so impressed. asus, they did this wifi router right

Cons: product customer service is awful and they will not help you resolve issues with there venders products failed after only few days of use

Pros: lost count of how many gigabyte mb I've bought throughout the years for upgrades and this new one is first rate quality just as expected
