do i have to use a video card with this package?

No. You can visit ASUS for the right specs on what cpu you can buy with integrated graphics. This board has hdmi and display port already on it.

Will the Ryzen 7 3700X work on this? Mine also came with the AMD cooler so idk if that'll work on this.

This will work. The technical specification says it supports 3000 series processors. Also, the maker of the motherboard, ASUS in this case, will have a tool on their website you can use to confirm. When in doubt, always go to the manufacturer. There is a modular set of brackets included you can put on to accommodate different heatsinks.

How big does the case have to be?

It's a standard ATX board so it should fit any ATX case.

No and windows 10 is practically free.

Will I need to update the bios for a 5600x?

since this is the second version, you shouldn't need to as it says on the box it comes "ryzen 5000 ready".
