best case ever
Pros: best case i ever had. dropped my q6600 overclocked to 3.2 from 59 idle to 43 idle, 50c full load. 8800gtx from 69idle to 56 idle 60 full load. and my ambient from 42idle to 28 idle and it never rises above 32c full or ever. i added two 120 fans, the optional ones, one in the middle and one on the door. got fans turned to med. and its no louder than my last case that only had two fans. basically i saw a 10c drop immediately and more the more i leave the system on. wow. now i can overclock the gtx alittle until the new cards launch in a month or two. yea! and yes, thats little kid yea! and not yeah.
Cons: case is a little restrictive. 8800gtx barely fit in but thats always the case with a 8800gtx.
Overall Review: for real, go buy this case now if you are looking or need a temp drop and you're using air cooling. my only concern is dust clogging the psu as u have to turn it upside down in this case. i got this on sale at **** for right at 80 smacks. should have gotten this last year. upgraded from raidmax sagitta.
Pros: This case has everything you need. It has an awesome side view glass. The screwless design means that you wont need to have tools on hand to assemble it. The case also has a slide out tray so you can mount the mobo easier. Everything worked on the first try and with my pentium d 3.4ghz and nvidia 7900, not to mention the two hds and the giant processor heatsink/fan i installed, it works like a champ and stays cool. I highly recommend it. It is worth it and you won't be dissatisfied. The blue leds are so freaking awesome man.
Cons: The only cons is that the psu is only 450w. When i upgrade to a sli mobo later on, i'll have to upgrade the mobo. I ran into a few problems trying to run the graphics card and one of my hd's on the same rail. As simple switch of the wires made everything better though. Another issue is the reset button. It's really the main one for this case for me as I'm a bit of a tweaker. The reset button is hardly assesable.
Overall Review: This case rocks. This is a gaming/multimedia pc and the case stays cool. The roominess seems to be the biggest factor for this. You should be able to fit everything you want inside and then some. Besides the psu maybe not being enough power for you and the reset button, both small nick nack sort of things, not really deal breakers, I can't see how the Raidmax Sagitta shouldn't be your premier piece of hardware. I only wish at times that I had gotten the silver and red case. It looks so nice. I'm a laid back guy though so I'm happy for my black and silver case.
