VERY GOOD

PowerColor Radeon HD 4890 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card AX4890 1GBD5-HM
PowerColor Radeon HD 4890 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card AX4890 1GBD5-HM

Pros: very powerful chip. overclocked to 980 core/1150 memory and can still go higher. all games are maxed out, Crysis with max settings @ 1080p runs smoothly. huge value for the price given the ease of high overclocking.

Cons: jet engine fan, but it gets the job done. highest recorded temp 52 degrees.

Overall Review: this is definitely better than the competition at this price for the overclocking.

Free Garbage

Pros: Free

Cons: It's junk of course. They say "don't look a gift horse in the mouth" right? lol. This thing worked for about 6 days. Then it wont be recognized in any computer or device with usb port.

Overall Review: You get what you pay for and in this case I paid for nothing so......

Acer S231HLbid Black 23" 5ms HDMI LED-Backlight LCD monitor Slim Design 250 cd/m2 ACM 12,000,000:1 (1000:1)

Pros: Slim, lightweight, great picture, colors and contrast. The price is definitely a pro.

Cons: no swivel??

Overall Review: Got 3 of these monitors for eyefinity. They're amazing and the bezel is thin enough. It just kind of disappears after a minute or so. My system specs: AMD Phenom II X6 1090t @4ghz ASUS Crosshair IV mobo Corsair Dominator DDR3 1600 Sapphire HD6950 (unlocked+overclocked) Corsair HX750 psu Thermaltake Frio cpu cooler Silverstone Raven 2 EVO full tower 2 tb hdd

Pros: Gets the job done flawlessly.

Cons: not bundled with every sapphire videocard which I strongly feel it should be.

for shame

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6950 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card 100312SR

Pros: see below

Cons: user error

Overall Review: you have to install new drivers when you switch video card series. drivers for a 4870 wil not work with this.

AMD Wins

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6950 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 CrossFireX Support Graphics Card 100312SR

Pros: Obviousy the card is powerful. unlocked the card to 1536 shaders(not 6970 bios flash) to avoid any chance of memory errors due to different timings/voltage. OC to 6970 clocks, so i now have a 6970 for $270. did all the relevant stress tests, GPU is fine.

Cons: none at all. AMD drivers actually work for me.
