Garbage Customer Service

Pros: Decent product if it works. As long as you never, ever, ever have to deal with ASUS RMA or customer service.
Cons: This customer service is terrible. I called on 3/26 to RMA my board and they told me that there was no stock available, so that advanced RMA would not be possible. I would have to send my board in (shipping paid by myself) and wait 7-10 business days for them to figure things out. They get new stock every 2 weeks so they also informed me I could call then. I called on 4/16 and asked for another stock check (which would take 24-48 hours), and also asked to be called by a supervisor, which was supposed to happen within 24 hours. ASUS sent me no email and called me exactly 0 times. I called to follow up today, on 4/20, to find out it seems like no stock check was submitted on 4/16. Don't know if the guy on 4/16 was just trolling me or if he was just incompetent. They told me on the phone that there was no stock. CONT.
Overall Review: I asked them what happens in the repair process. They said that a tech would look and test the POST and peripherals. If the board did not work, then that they would swap it out with the same board and send me back that one. EITHER YOU HAVE STOCK OR YOU DO NOT HAVE STOCK. What is this nonsense? I asked the call guy if he understood that what he was saying to me was completely nonsensical. He said that the repair facility was in another state, and so he did not know what went on there. I persisted and asked if he understood how from my perspective, that what he told me was completely contradictory. He did. This is so bad, I'm not even going to ship my board in. I have ZERO confidence in their repair process. I'd rather just swallow the 100 dollars and buy a new board from someone that is more trustworthy.
