Great for family's of four
Pros: Slow and High cooks everything like a champion. You literally need zero cooking experience to operate this. Around eight hours on low is enough to thoroughly cook most proteins.
Cons: Not entirely sure it came with a probe, but no biggie.
Overall Review: The base is somewhat large so you may need to add extra liquid to cover your protein to prevent drying out.
Lasted 8 months but received great support
Pros: Cables are more than long enough to be snaked around in my Cooler Master HAF 912 case. It is extremely quiet and experienced no problems with this power supply until it went out (below). Corsair customer supply was excellent in replacing the unit.
Cons: I have my case sitting on a hardwood floor and it would suddenly just drop all power to my PC. Bought it on 05/07/2012 and it went completely dead on 12/21/2012. The amount of cables are plentiful to the point where they are hard to manage if you don't have the right case.
Overall Review: Considering it was the holiday season, I had to wait a few weeks to receive my RMA'ed unit. When I did, it was a brand new, in the package, identical power supply. No questions asked. In hindsight I would have probably spent the extra bucks to go with their 750w modular power supply. If you have the Cooler Master HAF 912, you'll have to spend a little more time to get those extra cables hidden/out of the way of airflow.
Black Friday
Pros: Lightweight and it's keyboard has a great feel. No missing pixels from the screen. The charger is a decent length. Overall a good purchase coming from a 1.5ghz single-core Dell laptop from a few years ago.
Cons: Seems a little flimsy, so I don't ever plan on dropping this IdeaPad. I would recommend buying a ~$30 carrying case if you are taking this to work/class.
Overall Review: While I did not purchase this for gaming, it runs older games such as Team Fortress 2 and Day of Defeat: Source. I have not yet tested Dota 2 or League of Legends. I probably would have skipped out on the Windows 8 and stayed with Windows 7. It also has the basic bloatware but only took a few minutes to uninstall.
Literal Win7 Plug n' Play
Pros: Windows 7 Professional automatically installed a network driver for the TRENDnet NIC. Couldn't get any simpler than that.
Cons: None.
Great first SSD choice
Pros: For one, I am not knowledgeable in read/write times. Bought this SSD expecting slightly quicker load times for my games. Slightly would be an understatement. In multiplayer games I am normally the first person to completely load first as opposed to being the one everyone has to wait for. It has also cut down my Power On time by a good 30 seconds. Power Off and Sleep modes just take mere seconds. Zero problems booting up to this drive and installing Windows.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: I currently have Windows Ultimate 64-bit installed with big games such as Mass Effect 3, Skyrim, DotA 2, Orcs Must Die! and the likes. Great performance as long as you're comfortable with having only a few main games that you play on this drive.
Bought more two years later
Pros: Great RAM for the price. Never had any memory crashing issues. BIOS read the correct specs from the packaging information.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: I don't overclock so I am unsure of it's abilities in the BIOS settings. Wish I had bought the 2x4gb modules years ago but hey, I can't complain.
