Definitely a must have for mobile gaming.

EVGA TEGRA NOTE 7 Tablet - 16GB Flash, 1GB RAM Quad Core NVIDIA Tegra 4
EVGA TEGRA NOTE 7 Tablet - 16GB Flash, 1GB RAM Quad Core NVIDIA Tegra 4

Pros: I pre-ordered the Tegra Note and haven't put it down since I got it. The Tegra 4 is an amazing chip. It can handle the most demanding games flawlessly and can multi-task without a hitch. The stylus has a great weight to it, doesn't tax the system when in use, very easy to use, very quick response, and isn't cheaply made. The OS is pretty much stock Android with only the Tegra Zone and DirectDraw added, so nothing clogging up background useage. The tablet itself isn't overly heavy and has a good amount of grippiness on the back, so it doesn't slip out of your hands easily. The front facing speakers with bass port give a very good quality of sound, given that it's a tablet. The large bezel is really nice. It gives you something to hold onto without having your palms hitting the screen, especially holding it with 2 hands. The LCD screen is good. It looks nice and crisp. It's no OLED, but good enough.

Cons: Only having 1GB of RAM is kind of meh. I haven't come across any issues yet, but time may tell. The read/write speed on the internal storage is a bit slow. It doesn't hamper all that much, but it is noticeable on larger files (1GB+ range). No vibration. Kinda would have liked a tablet with a gaming focus to have some sort of haptic feedback. The case seems a bit flimsy. It creaks and 1 corner has separated enough for my fingernail to get into (nothing broken, however). Plugging in the microUSB is kind of hard. You have to be fairly precise to get it connected. No problems disconnecting however.

Overall Review: All in all, the Tegra Note is an amazing product. I highly recommend it to any gamer/power user looking for a 7" tablet. And the $200 price tag is a sweet deal!

No problems to speak of.

ORICO 9928U3 Aluminum Dual Bay,3.5-Inch SATA & 3.0 Hard Drive USB3.0 HDD Enclosure Case (12TB UASP Support)
ORICO 9928U3 Aluminum Dual Bay,3.5-Inch SATA & 3.0 Hard Drive USB3.0 HDD Enclosure Case (12TB UASP Support)

Pros: Easy to install Good craftsmanship Good materials Quiet fan USB 3.0 Power adapter inline and not on the plug

Cons: No locking mechanism (if you open a door, it detaches and ejects the HDD automatically) Constantly on (even while connected with PC)

Overall Review: I've had this for over a month now and I haven't had a single issue with it (will update review if I do). I needed an external enclosure for back-ups, random files, pictures, and video storage that I could upgrade a bit if needed on my gaming machine. The (80mm?) fan on the back is quiet and seems to be adequate enough to keep the air flowing. The HDDs just slide in with ease and connect when you shut the door. They fit nicely and don't move/vibrate at all. The connection seems to be solid, since I haven't seen any difference in speed compared to my other USB 3.0 devices. There is no locking the doors, outside of the latch holding it shut though. If you open the door, it will push the HDD out, thus disconnecting it. The housing is all aluminum with plastic trim and doors. The latch mechanism is aluminum, but the handle is plastic (isn't an issue though). The doors fit snugly and operates easily. It's very solid with a bit of heft to it, so there's no accidentally moving it or knocking it over. It is a bit larger than I expected, but I was assuming how large it would be, since I didn't read the dimensions closely. With the AC adapter being inline with the cord and not on the plug, you can plug it into a surge protector without covering other plugs (or using the transformer plug if your surge protector has one). It does stay on, regardless if the PC is on (or even plugged into a PC for that matter). All in all, a very good buy. It is on the expensive side, but given the build quality and exhaust fan, It may be worth it in the long run (I did buy it on sale for $79.99 vs its normal price of $199.99).

EVGA GeForce GT 220 1GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Video Card 01G-P3-1226-LR
EVGA GeForce GT 220 1GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Video Card 01G-P3-1226-LR

Pros: Installed easily on Win XP 32 bit and Win 7 64 bit systems. Good range of resolutions and the software has never conflicted with anything nor does it have problems. Always performed exactly as expected.

Cons: Card is a bit long for a Mid-size case.

Overall Review: Bought the card to have something other than onboard graphics. I had Win XP installed on the machine before hand and didn't have a single issue getting it set-up. I popped it in, attached my monitor to it, and it booted up without a problem. I've been very happy with it's performance.
