Pros: heavy duty metal construction and build quality! even the hinges on the front seem like they can take a beating. very modular. able to swap out bits for other bits like 3x hot swap bays and plenty of room and all for a great price!

Cons: the fans in this thing are pure garbage. the connectors on the things may as well just be chopped off and just solder all the fans together on another header you have laying around. at that point. i don't think i would want to trust my server to something soo cheaply made. defiantly buying 3rd party fans for this box... this thing would of gotten a better rating if it came with no fans at all... disgusting... documentation is a bit lacking there is a lot of info not inside,

Overall Review: if you want a server that can take a physical beating this unit isn't half bad. just BUY YOUR OWN FANS PLEASE! don't risk your equipment on these cheap things!

Cons: simply didn't fit no instructions or media at all included little video or documentation at all for this.

Overall Review: bought for our Rosewill RSV-L4000 - 4U Rackmount Server Case and it dosn't fit in the rack. too wide. i made shure that there wasn't any ears or any weirdness going on with the inner rails. they are flush with the server and the outer rails are installed correctly.
